Pyrgos is a lovely traditional Greek village with very friendly locals. It gets busy at certain times when the cruise tours visit. A steep walk up to the castle & church is worth it for the amazing views. The little supermarket sells most things you would need. A beautiful and relaxed village on the hill tops with great views and plenty of fantastic places to hang out. Centrally located so you can get anywhere by public buses or by car.
