Facilities: We liked that our rooms had aircon and our own bathroom. The breakfast spread was also ok. Staff: We were very thankful to the owner’s son (we assume) for being very helpful to us with figuring out some tickets that we needed to book online. The owner’s wife also helped us book one taxi for our group as we were leaving

Love the interior, minimalistic and very clean. They have a mini convenience store on site that works on an honest basis. Location is also pretty good, just near the ski lift, and few minutes walk to a public onsen that opens until 23:00! They offer free shuttle pickup and drop-off when you check-in and check-out. Staffs are very helpful!
