We, two families with a grandmother and four kids, loved the Sunsuri hotel! The breakfast was delicious with various options that changed often. Some of our favorite parts were the aerobic class at 11am daily and water volleyball games led by the amazing staff! Keay, who was managing the sport sessions, was super friendly, kind, and welcoming! The location is great: close to the beautiful beach with fun waves, restaurants, and nice grocery stores nearby. The beach was excellent - we were swimming every day even though it was supposed to be the monsoon season.Favorite restaurant - VERANDA NAIHARN (The Russian Thai Restaurant).Favorite activity in the hotel - aerobic and volleyball with Keay and other staff!Bikes are provided which is very convenient for exploring the area around the hotel. Everybody was very kind, friendly, and highly professional!The kids took a cooking class which was also super fun and very well organized!We highly recommend Sunsuri!

    We really enjoy staying because the facilities are excellent and the staff are super friendly. Love the large, comfortable rooms and the kid-friendly pool. The enormous buffet is fantastic to start your day well and this time we enjoyed a relaxing facial.

    Absolutely stunning location with beautifully appointed rooms. There were many thoughtful inclusions, such as yoga mats, tea and coffee facilities, mini golf green with putter, multiple robes, toiletries, thongs, beach bag, stero system etc.

    Nai Harn is the best beach in Phuket (lacks showers though), but Phuket's beaches are quite terrible (dirty and crowdy). If you ant real Thai beach experience you should go to Natai beach, Khao Lak or even further north. Or just visit islands. Once you've been there, there is no coming back to Phuket

    The best beach in Phuket.

    The best beach in Phuket. Nice sand, very clean, in a little bay surrounded by green hills. I know I said very similar things about Kamala Beach, but Nai Harn is elevated. Really nice resort beach. What it does not have that Kamala does is all the support. Restaurants are far off the beach, limited lawn chairs that did not have integrated food and drink service, no massage huts, far walk from accommodations.

    Staying at Nai Harn Beach is ok if you have your own...

    Staying at Nai Harn Beach is ok if you have your own transport everything is so spread out . There are no bike taxi but if you have the app for Thai taxi you get a taxi . So it is best that you have your own transport. The beach is neat and clean and good swimming

    Fantastic location, quiet part of Phuket. Restaurants and some of the best beaches (Nai Harn and YaNui) are a quick bike/car ride away - great snorkeling locations. Hotel is luxurious and modern. Pools (and added amenities of diving board and water slide and poolside bar) are excellent. Hotel rooms are large, comfortable and luxurious. Staff are very helpful across the site. Restaurants and bars on site serve fantastic food and a great choice at breakfast.

    Amazing room, service and facilities at the Nai Harn. We were made to feel welcomed by the staff and the room and views were excellent, and spacious, great terrace and day bed, overlooking Nai Harn - spectacular. The daily breakfast was excellent and one of the best we have had! We had some excellent evening meals at the hotel restaurants and enjoyed every moment of our stay.

    The location is good - it's close to a few restaurants and mini-market stores. Nai Harn beach is lovely. The breakfast was good. The pool area is nice although they need a few more umbrellas. The rooms very spacious & the bed was comfortable. We requested adjacent rooms to our boys and the hotel accommodated this request. The gym was good for a holiday workout.

    The hotel itself is simple but in a lovely location and the rooms are comfortable and clean. You can see the sea from the rooms and, my room at least, had a nice shower, effective AC and a large fridge/freezer. The staff were friendly and helpful and all this for a fraction of the price of the other nearby hotels. I'd come here again.

    Nai Harn Beach Resort was the only place we could find on a budget that was also a relatively short walk to the beach. My girlfriend is pregnant so we didn't want to take the risks of a scooter, so had to walk. Very other hotel in that area was at least four times more.
