It is very bright and cosy, with amazing views. The staff was extremely helpful (they changed my room when I asked for a change) and welcoming. The Zumaia Hotel had space, wide and comfortable beds, and plenty of light and access to fresh air. Huge contrast. Everything worked and was well cared for.
