The location is great, 10-15 min from the Niagara Falls. Breakfast is delicious, there were pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausages, veggies, cereal, pastry, fruits. The hotel is new, it has great interior inside, the room is clean and comfy. There are also Happy Hours at 3-6pm at the restaurant so you can enjoy your meal and drinks at half prices. Food is tasty.

I was very disappointed with my recent stay at Hyatt. We paid for breakfast, but the quality was poor and the breakfast area was not maintained properly. There were many flies around, especially near the coffee machine. When I raised this concern with the receptionist, the response I received was that flies are normal because the doors are often open — which I found unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was not up to Hyatt’s reputation. Under the bed was very dirty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Overall, this experience did not meet the expectations I had for Hyatt, and I hope management takes these concerns seriously for future guests.

    Everything so beautiful, the most that we enjoyed was Maid of the Mist but overall, its a great place to visit I will do it again if I will ever have a chance. I want to try Canada side. Everything very expensive but it's worth it every penny and every effort keeping in consideration that we drove from PA.

    I recently travelled from Queens to Niagara Falls with my family, using a combination of train and Uber. It was the first time my children experienced the falls, and we chose to explore the U.S. side. The trip was truly memorable — especially the Cave of the Winds, which turned out to be the highlight for me, my wife, and my kids. Being so close to the powerful water and feeling the mist was an incredible and thrilling experience. We also enjoyed the Maid of the Mist boat ride and the spectacular overall view of the falls. I would highly recommend this trip to others, particularly families, as it offers a unique mix of adventure, natural beauty, and unforgettable moments.

    I love getting blasted by the waterfall mist (Maid of the Mist boat tour) literally blinded and couldn't keep my eyes open next to the Horseshoe falls. I love getting blasted by the waterfall currents (Cave of the Wind) and getting my entire body, cloths, socks, shoes, wet. I don't like waiting in the long lines when it's hot. Go during the weekdays, not the weekends. Light show and fireworks are kind of mediocre. You can save yourself some time and money if you do daytime events only (An hour waiting for mediocre light show and 5 minutes of fireworks... you decide if you want to pay & wait for that)

    I was always told that you had to stay at Niagara Falls on...

    I was always told that you had to stay at Niagara Falls on the Canadian side. Well that is only if you desire to see the falls from your hotel room. Otherwise you can experience everything (except walking behind horseshoe falls) from the American side. I highly recommend a ride on the Maid of the Mist at least once in your life. long lines and crowded? Yes but it is worth doing once and you will not regret it!

    I LOVED THE STATE PARK AND THE OPTION TO BUY A SHUTTLE TICKET FOR THE TROLLEY. IT WAS $5 PER PERSON FOR AN ADULT, GET ON AND OFF FOR THE ENTIRE DAY, WHICH SEEMED VERY FAIR. I BELIEVE THE CHILD'S PRICE WAS $3. OF COURSE YOUNG COUPLES WOULD ENJOY THE HIKE TO THE FALLS THROUGH THE PARK.

    We went on the Maid of the Mist, walked to Three Sisters...

    We went on the Maid of the Mist, walked to Three Sisters Islands, twice, viewed the falls, and drove to the Whirlpool area on Niagra River. We also hiked down to the whirlpool at the park. We were at Niagara Falls for four days and didn't know if that would be too long to stay, but were fine with plenty to do since we are active and don't mind walking. We also took our passports, walked across the bridge, and spent a whole day in Canada viewing the Falls from a different perspective. I wish I would have brought a hat to shade my face from the hot sun as I got a pretty bad sunburn from a whole day looking at the falls on the American side. The park we walked through in Canada was lovely! Our stay at Niagara Falls was a wonderful success!
