The breakfast was more than sufficient. But what made our stay such a pleasure was the host Christiano and his mother and uncle, all three were so friendly and, in particular, Christiano gave us so much help both on locations to visit, sites worth going to and general knowledge about the area. The location is perfect for travelling around all parts of the Dolomites, since the main valleys converge nearby. Feltre, the main town nearby, is well worth a visit. Certainly one of the best stops of the 18 places we stayed on this trip

The waiter who serves us dinner was a great young man. We had a delicious seafood platter which tasted very fresh. And an apéritif after our meal was such a treat. The rooms were clean.

The rate is totally true, everything was pretty clean, everything we need to have a confortable night was available, the bed is amazing and the view is incredible, the owner was one of the most kind persons I've met on booking, they are precious. As far as I've see this is the best place in terms of value, which with a car you can explore the region without any problens. There's a bus, but they are pretty rare and you need to walk some minutes to get it, for me a car or even a bike (if it's for you) is a must. I'm planning to back to visit the dolomites and I gonna back to Casa Castegner without doubt.
