The best service we've ever had anywhere. Chie was essentially like our personal attendant, helping us with everything including serving dinner, making reservations, and even calling around to find a place that had my size snowboarding boot rental at a local ski resort. She made the experience for us that much better.

Onsen was great especially the outdoor one, the amenity in the onsen room is fully provided. The room is set in an exquisite traditional way including a good quality green tea and the bed is very comfortable . Breakfast is something I recomend everyone to try, Also my partner is vegan and he was able to enjoy the meal with various type of vegetable and beans. The staff is super nice and helpful

The most luxurious stay I’ve ever had. We went for our honeymoon and it was a great experience. We booked a room with a private outdoor Onsen which I used as much as I could. The large Onsens that are available to all the guests for free were bookable for private use during the day but in the evening you could simply walk in, flip the sign and lock the door for short private use. I don’t know if this policy is permanent but the experience of having a massive, beautiful Onsen all to ourselves was really special. If you like hot springs I struggle to imagine a better experience of them. The food was absolutely incredible, it’s worth staying here for that reason alone. We had to leave much earlier than the breakfast time on our last day and they very helpfully arranged a lunchbox and transport for us. We are already trying to work when we will be able to come back again. If you want a luxurious Ryokan experience I recommend staying here
The availability of the bus system and the train station...
The availability of the bus system and the train station was great; we loved the atmosphere with the beautiful mountains in the distance in a mall the small-town atmosphere.
We enjoyed the friendliness of the people at the local market and how wonderful it was to see the
Apple fields and the grapes growing. The Town is lucky to have the Royokan Warabino available in its community!
