Exceptional value for the money. Our room was clean but looked expensively designed. The room even had a nice fireplace that provided heat. Try the bakery downstairs - it’s one of the best bakeries we tried in Japan. Try the cream horn from the bakery.

They made us park quite far from the hotel which was a bit annoying but the hotel itself was great, beautiful onsen, great breakfast and cosy room

    Hotel was old but very well maintained. The onsen is fabulous, with multiple pools. I’m not sure but it seems that the indoor pools had moor onsen water the region is famous for.
