The staff was great from start to finish. Alberto was friendly and gave me thorough walk through of all amenities. Luis’ breakfast was an incredible way to start the day. The staff showed interest in my experience and satisfaction. I could bring any questions and there was never anything but a smile and an answer. I would especially like to acknowledge Alberto’s great suggestions for food and drink in the area. Luis makes a gourmet breakfast experience and the food was incredible. (Fruit, Cappuccino, toasts, eggs made your way, avocado toast, yogurt parfait). Monica is running an incredible establishment and was available whenever communication was needed. Location was walkable and safety wasn’t a concern at all. Parque De Palapas is literally a stones throw away. The housekeeping staff did a great job.

We weren’t very lucky with our stay. There was a power outage (which was out of the control of the staff of course) on the first night we were there, which meant that we didn’t have any power from around 1am. The next day around 7pm there still wasn’t any update around the power outage and I really had to ask for a solution (they didn’t offer it during the day) so eventually they offered us a different appartment. Christopher, the guy who took us there was super friendly and helpful. The new appartment (ART STUDIOS) was closer to the city centre but less convenient. There was a lot of noise coming from the street and there was a machine close to our room that made so much noise every few minutes the whole night and day. We didn’t sleep very well. I can’t say that we really enjoyed our stay because it was all such a hassle. But Christopher was such a friendly guy that it doesn’t feel right to leave a bad review either.

Clean, new, and modern! Staff and the team were very hospitable and friendly, attentive to our needs. Food and drinks were on point. Location’s close to several food establishments and can easily over to other destinations as well. Bed and pillows were really comfortable.
