Beautiful Old Town with the famous Chapel Bridge, Lucerne is a must-see visit while in Switzerland! If you are driving a car, park in the modern parking garage centrally located at the train station. Hopefully your stay will allow you to see the Chapel Bridge at night, its lights reflecting on the waters of the Reuss River - very pretty.Guest review byCharlesUnited States - 10.0
Beautiful town and lots of activities to do.
Beautiful town and lots of activities to do. We enjoyed in Trubsee and Furenalp. We regret of staying only for 2 days. Best to stay at least 5 days or a week. Good food everywhere. Coop is also there if you want to cook. They have good meats at the butcher. Easy to get around.Guest review byAleinUnited Kingdom - 10.0

The light in the bathroom is not bright enough to do makeup at the nice mirror provided. The noises from the restaurant below could be heard, but wasnt too loud. Garbage disposal was problematic and inconvient.Guest review byMikeSouth Africa - 8.0

Zug is a modern town that relies on international business and international visitors... Generally people are friendly and very family orientated, you may occasionally find the odd old 'grumpy' , wealthy swiss person that will correct your German grammar or look down their nose at you... But apart from this it's hard to fault this lakeside town. The old town is stunning and the restaurants and bars are truly special. The lake is stunning and the mountainous backdrop is truly beautiful. My daughter loved the open pedestrian friendly streets and apart from the high prices it's a great place to live/ work or visit especially for families and slightly older people.Guest review byMattNetherlands - 8.0

Ok so, Weggis is a beautiful little village but that is also it's problem, it's a little village. Activities were limited and so were the restaurants. I would recommended staying there as a "base" but then exploring the surrounding attractions.Guest review byMirhea AbdillaMalta - 10.0

Stoos is a very charismatic small village in the Swiss alps.
Stoos is a very charismatic small village in the Swiss alps. You get their only with the steepest funicular of the world, no cars in the village. During the summer season this village only attracts people for the famous (and very overcrowded by Instagrammers and Tiktokkers) Stoos ridge hike. It is amazing and has great views but you walk in line the whole way unless you are willing to really take the 1st chairlift up there. I am sure there are as nice hikes but less crowded ridge hikes in Switzerland. It was a reminder for us to never take travel tips from social media.Guest review byMichelNetherlands - 10.0

The lake view from the hotel window, with the surrounding mountains, is vey beautiful. The mountain behind is a very nice "fitness" route. The view from the top of the mountain is even better than from the hotel, amenities include boat trips through the lake, a golf course on top of the mountain and a sky station next to the town.Guest review byJLOCAustria - 10.0

The closest one where I stayed for work is the Culinarium Alpinum where I require to walk to the office. Also, there is no uber or any local app for cab to be there within the city ride. However, the buses and trains are well connected as the timings alone required to be known well in advance before you travel for the day as the nearest hill for food is Sarnen and nearest station is Stans and from there, you could travel to Lucern or stop trains through hops for Zurich.Guest review byKrishnakumarIndia - 8.0
Staff were helpful and friendly.
Staff were helpful and friendly. Thai restaurant - great food and service. Italian restaurant was average food, slow service because of under staffing and no fault of staff. Go carting was great fun with helpful staff. Enjoyed heated pool but really over crowded. Beautiful location. Apartment was good for our family. Kids had a great time.Guest review byCliveSwitzerland
