Extremely friendly and helpful (and good looking☺️) staff, great facilities in room and in the common area (swimming pool, gym etc.). I had a wonderful stay with my family there! Highly recommended for family travel!

The bed was super comfortable and staff were so genuinely kind. I was having trouble using Alipay, but the front desk patiently help me set it up and even helped me transfer money.

It was a no smoking floor however there were cigarettes were seen on top of the trash can on the 8th floor near the elevator and you could smell that someone had been smoking. Very disappointing.
