Loud music within the hotel bar until past 1am contrary to municipal regulation and hotel conditions. Party goers are more important than clients apparently. Moreover, staff kept tell me they will shut down music and they didn’t until o asked government claim registry.

Good breakfast, great location. You can see and hear the ocean from the 3rd floor deck. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. The place is kept very clean. Really great to meet some of the other guests in the common areas. Host is knowledgeable and friendly and helpful.
