Location is awesome. Upon arrival staff was helpful to store our luggage so we could set out on foot along trails. The hot shower relieved sore muscles after hiking. We loved availability of early dinner (6:30 pm) Mattress was firm. Windows opened fully for fresh air & view of Teide.

Nice location, up on the hill as long as you have a car. Views are amazing. Staff were really nice. Bed was also super comfortable for my liking.
