Nice view from our 3rd floor room. Plenty of room for the 2 of us, especially with the living/kitchen space separate from the bedroom. Easy walk to plenty of shops and restaurants. Breckenridge is a very cool little mountain town.

The front desk staff was wonderful, friendly and had ready answers for all of our questions. The underground parking was roomy and not cramped between cars. The room was very comfortable, the fireplace gave a warming feeling in the mornings. The kitchen was well supplied with appliances and everything we needed. Loved being downtown where we could walk to all of the places we wanted to go.

Aubrey at front desk was great. He went out of his way to get us Gatorades when the refrigerator wasn't stocked properly.
Chase Carlson was condescending, say in the office when people were at the front desk needing help and tea/coffee service was missing 2 of the morning because someone at the front desk didn't show up with a key to the supply area.
Featuring ski-in/ski-out accommodations, this lodge is adjacent to Independence SuperChair Gondola. Free storage for ski equipment is provided. Guests can enjoy 2 movie lounges and a game room.

Weird and creepy experience. We booked 2 nights in August, got here and there is no staff at the desk, you have to check in .4 mile away at another location. There are NO people staying in this enormous hotel, it is just bizarre. It looked like a place where families would be, and there is literally no person here. Feels like the twilight zone. Completely silent. Tried to cancel the second night but the best they could do was half price. Ugh. Total ripoff.

Lovely view. Nice room. Well furnished. Comfortable bed.
Slopes were icing and crowded with long lift lines.
Slopes were icing and crowded with long lift lines. We went over to Vail and slopes had great snow and very low lines and didn’t feel crowded. Our first time to both places. Breckenridge town was cute but had long wait times at the restaurants. Elevation was too high for us - took us two days to adjust. It is frustrating to drive in Breckenridge- slow traffic and not enough public parking.

The town was nice and easy to get around.
The town was nice and easy to get around. The ski area was huge and accommodated all levels of skiing. For a group with all different skiing levels and ages ranging from young child to retired age, this was perfect and allowed everyone to have a great time.

I would recommend this location to someone that is a skier or snowboarder. Other than that, there is nothing of real substance for someone to do in Breckenridge or neighboring towns. Also - beware of altitude sickness! My 15 year old was struck with HAPE, and some of the issue may have been the lack of proper acclimation to altitude. If able, it is a very good idea to get to altitude slowly - take several days to do it. The downtown area is full of restaurants and boutiques, so, if that's your thing, you may love it. I was with two snowboarders and bored out of my mind. Make sure to budget for inflated prices at restaurants, etc., as well. Overall, not my scene, but I can definitely see the appeal if you are there to partake in winter activities.

The photos on Booking.com that were in the listing when I first reserved were not at all what I found when I arrived. They were far more luxurious-looking. I reported this to the host after checking in, and the photos that are up now are accurate representations of the penthouse I booked. I would have likely still booked it, but with lower expectations.

This was our first time in Breckenridge, and we will be back.A great variety of ski terrain. Everyone in our group had plenty of slope to explore at all skill levels. Lots of fun places to party in town.

It was a wonderful stay - updated, clean, comfortable.
It was a wonderful stay - updated, clean, comfortable. We had a corner unit with beautiful views. We could see the gondola from our living room and watch skiers right outside our window. Our host provided excellent communication and we found the front desk staff to be very helpful and courteous. The shuttle provided by the lodge was very convenient, as was the walk to the free bus around town. Picking up groceries was very easy. We would not hesitate to recommend.!
Hi,
Upon arrival at der Steiermark we were unable to gain access to the apartment. We talked to the landlord but was unable to help.
We called the numbers on the booking confirmation but got no responses.
We were left with no option but to book into the hotel across the road.
The next morning we tried again without any luck.
We called vacasa help and spoke to a person who gave us a née code which worked.
I'm seeking a refund for the night missed.

We had booked 2 rooms and without having to ask, the staff had made sure give us adjoining rooms. That in itself was amazing. All other times we've booked rooms resorts/hotels and asked for adjoining rooms the answer was always "we can't promised, it depends on what's available when you check in". To have the resort just do it was just great. Our package also included garage parking which was a nice surprise when we arrived.
You have to have the Village of Breckenridge app on your phone and the key is electronic only from your phone. You are sent that information in an email prior to check in. I did have a small issue; however, the customer service was able to help quickly from Ski Colorado Vacation Rentals, who manage the condo interactions once you arrive.
Wonderful position next to a frozen lake looking across a bridge to the Quicksilver chairlift and Maggie ski hire and adjoining restaurant, great self catering facilities, friendly staff, great location in Breckenridge, daily free food snacks and soft drinks between 4-5pm, wonderful hot tubs and heated pool.
The room has everything we needed, including games and DryGuy (very useful).
Nice view to the mountains.
Location is great, with a lift outside the resort and free bus stop.
Tim (host) provided a lot of useful information for our first time in Breckenridge.
Awesome resort.
This seems a great place for you when visiting breckenridge during winter time. the apartment is large for a family of four, with two bathrooms. We made a last minute reservation for a night and couldn’t use all the facilities. They give us a refound for the Tv not working.
Best stay of our 11 day trip around Colorado. Condo was perfectly clean and appointed. Keys were premailed to us. The cost was a little more than we usually pay, but the condo was more than worth it. Plenty of coffee and a few other condiments. Like being home.
The hotel is geared toward outdoor enthusiasts so the rooms are equiped for such. The location was great and a block away from the free Summit Stage bus. The staff were so nice and gave some great suggestions making my time in Breckenridge even better.
Hotel is brand new and amazing. Rooms are large with patio or balcony. Fully furnished kitchen tv stereo access to heated indoor and outdoor pool plus hot tub. Large fitness area, amazing hotel!!
Wonderful place to get away. Older building towards the top of the area above Breckenridge. Very peaceful and yet not too far away from everything. Pet friendly and very accommodating.
The hotel is great, it's small and located in a quiet area at the outskirts of the resort. The staff is amazing, everyone has been extremely helpful and friendly.
