Everything. The continental breakfast was home made. The staff really cares. Love the living room feel with the fireplace and the view of the mountains.
Excellent price includes freedom pass . I swam laps in the pool and enjoyed the hot tub at the fitness center. The room was clean and comfy.. There is an upstairs family area with a huge couch frig TV books and games for old fashioned family entertainment. The woman at the desk made sure I didn't need anything . And they also had an emergency after hours number I could call if need be .

My wife and I planned a 2 day foliage/ kayaking/getaway trip.
Location was 2 hours from
Boston just off Route 93.
We did Kayak on Newfound Lake the first day ( 30 minutes from
hotel) and Foliage viewing/hiking on the
Kangamangus the second day ( 20 minutes away)
Both nights we are at the Covered Bridge Restaurant which was across the street walking distance (although dark in Late October) and enjoyed both meals.
The pool and dry Sauna were both very clean and we had them all to ourselves.
Our room was plenty big 2 double beds and very clean and quiet.
Breakfast was excellent.
We were very satisfied with everything

Staff should probably be a little more put together, I worked at a hotel for 3 years & no one seemed like they were working for a company, more like renting out their own homes. Wasn't professional.
No accommodations were made after hours of children running up & down the halls, screaming, on BOTH floors. We didn't even go to the pool because of the amount of unsupervised children.

Drove to Ice Castles from the hotel and that attraction was not very good either. It was much smaller than it was described and very cold which is not their fault. It might be good for young folk but older folk are wasting time and money there.
