I loved the view from the room. The price was fantastic. While the hotel was a bit of a walk from the historical area, the walk was nice, parking ramp was close and it is close to the best restaurant we ate at while in Portugal. Cantinho do Fatisto

The building is absolutely gorgeous and the grounds are lovely. The breakfast buffet is large and plentiful. We ordered room service and the quality of the meal (which can be questionable with room service) was very high, the food was hot and similar to a restaurant experience. We brought our dog and she was welcomed with a fun gift box.
Lastly, their bartender makes a delicious old fashioned!
