I was charged for the entire stay twice which cause to hold funds and it was Easter and had no funds tit ale my Bruce to Disneyland because of the error on their part as bank held funds for two business days and this was done on Friday before Easter. Horrible experience. Ruined my holiday with my family.

Left my watch charger in the room, reported that but never heard back
When I turned my HYBRID car into valet parking it ha more than a full tank of gas. When I picked it up next day it less than full. reported to the hote, not their problem beacuse it's a contracted out servied. Contacted the valet company, but no replay in 5 days.

Very Polite and friendly staff, Jesus is a versatile front desk officer who makes sure expectations are met at all times. In general they've got one of the best Hotel staff collection I've come across in America. Breakfast was good by all standards and hygiene as the order of the day. Its a peaceful place to stay.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had staying in a hotel/motel. False advertisement at its finest ! The pictures on the website are NOTHING like what the room really is. There were flying bugs in the sink. The lights didnt work when they did finally work they were dim then when the train went by they would flicker. The wifi did not work. Staff didn’t know what to do when I called. The breakfast was not what was displayed on the site either. Very disappointed.

I think that the owner of this accommodation changed her mind about the rental. Unfortunately, I thought the problem was a very limited check-in time of between 5 and 6 p.m. I tried to change the time, but since I was driving 400 miles during a rain storm on the West Coast, it wasn't possible to get there within the time allotted. When I tried to call the owner, she told me that the booking had been cancelled. I'm not quite sure what went wrong, but it was an unpleasant experience.

Such a pretty area!
Such a pretty area! Lots of green belts with walking trails and parks. The Spectrum shopping plaza is gorgeous! Ice skating, merry go round and Ferris wheel as well as unique climbing structure for kids, lots of great places to eat and shop in luxurious surroundings. The Santa train and village at the regional park was adorable but you need to buy tickets for the train in advance and they sell out quickly.

This LaQuinta should be demolished!
This LaQuinta should be demolished! I’m sure everyone that stays there, NEVER will be a returned customer. Read other reviews by guests. The toilet ran constantly, had to turn valve off at night. Bed cover had stains. The entry door did not lock tight, had to brace door shut with a chair. They left one regular coffee in the room. Coffee unit was not used by us because of uncleanliness.. We felt like we were lied to by the rating on the internet and the misleading photos. We booked quickly on line and didn’t read the reviews until we were checked in to the room. PLEASE, people stay away! Husband had to put towel on the bottom of the entry door because the gap was big enough for mice and other critters to come walking in. Worst night ever in a hotel !
The hotel was nice and the breakfast was good and offered a variety of things to eat. The room was a great size for our family of four. Loved having a full-size refrigerator, microwave and small kitchen area in the room. The pool and outdoor area was clean and nice area to hang out in. Walmart and other stores are just a 10-15 minute walk for those that don’t have a car to get around in. Also the hotel was not far from the airport which was great for our early morning flight.
All the staff we met were extremely kind and helpful. Room was beautiful and it was nice to have a little refrigerator and coffee maker. The pool and lawn entertainment areas are great. The lobby has lots of couches and chairs to relax in and the fireplace was very nice. Having a restaurant on site was also very nice. Everything was clean and lovely. Right across the road from the Spectrum shopping plaza, which is pretty spectacular. Not too far a drive to Disneyland.
The staff was clearly disenchanted but tried to be friendly, though was certainly less accommodating than other places given the circumstances. This venue was selected as it's within walking distance of the hospital and while we were there our relative was dying and we had to leave in a hurry to be with them. The staff was unwilling to waive our stay fees. We were frankly grateful to leave given the conditions of the hotel and room.
The food and service at the restaurant was excellent! The food was great, the teriyaki tofu and the bang bang cauliflower was great. Our servers were kind and accommodating. We had a party of 14 one evening and they handled us very professionally.
The hotel us very family friendly. There are lots of things to do throughout the lobby and pool area to keep everyone busy.
We had a great time. I highly recommend the Irvine Marriott.
Hotel was in a great location and was very clean. Had a table at the rooftop bar on Friday evening and our server was very friendly and provided excellent service. Ate breakfast at Heirloom Kitchen on Saturday morning. Menu was limited but the food was very good. Rooms were clean and very nice. Front desk and valet staff were also friendly and very accommodating. Didn't have a single bad experience. Thank you
I left another hotel that was dirty, smelly, loud & nothing like the pictures, which was the exact same price. The other place threatened me for leaving & is still trying to keep my money, which is super weird & creepy. Sonesta was beautiful, clean, modern, the staff was very friendly, and it was extremely comfortable. We were staying for an extended time so it was really nice to come back each day.
Great staff, cozy lobby, refreshing lime water at the entrance. Super comfy bed, they had lower pillows too (which is very important to me and my neck and hard to find in hotels). Room is big and clean. Breakfast was delicious and healthy! The best part is the late check out (12pm). I wish I could have stayed longer!
Nice and clean. 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Pretty spacious compared to a hotel room. Was pretty quiet. Great location around lots of things to do. Private parking. Also there is a full kitchen, coffee maker, washer and dryer. Better than staying in a hotel. Also this place was a great value.
Close to airport but needed a shuttle due to large highway in between the airport and hotel. Needed to call the shuttle from the pick up point. However shuttle drivers in time and friendly.
Possibly the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Great breakfast and we were kindly driven in the mini bus to the airport at a time to suit us. A great stay!
Everything, I had to leave the hotel I had initially booked because it was a nightmare and the Hilton made me feel so much better as soon as I checked in.
