Breakfast was ok, staff was ok. During our staff for 1 week approximately we had an issue with door locks every single day or even few times per day, nobody did anything. They door locks just doesn’t work, every time you have to ask them to program cards to open your room door… Location is not that good as city itself is not that much walkable and without car you can just do nothing.

I arrived here at midnight, at a big modern airport.
I arrived here at midnight, at a big modern airport. I saw bus system in action. Rode to the hub on #5 then waited for #16 to south Tryon to get to laQuinta. No traffic late at nite, unlike Manhattan (,my town). Downtown looks thriving, lots hotels restaurants and activities. Good sports town I think. The working people at midnight were friendly and helped me reach my destination.
Hotel staff also warm and respectful. Not sure I will ever return but loved that Charlotte airport. Bus system here is excellent even at midnight.

Eating areas are needed.
Eating areas are needed. Hotels menu's are limited, so you go outside seeking other options. We found a burger king in the bus station, seemed like an unlikely location for any food service, yikes.
The people are super nice and the city was very clean. I commend the city's efforts there.
Access in and out of town was easy too.
Thanks Charlotte for a lovely NCAA experience.
If you want team gear, bring it, no one sells it on site.
If you want a NCAA shirt of some sort, wait in line 30-40 minutes at the top of the escalator in the main entrance and still not get a common size large, isn't fun for the experience.

Charlotte has a lot to do and some really nice areas, but you need to be careful because there are a lot of rough and scary areas, Example, we went into a gas station to purchase a phone charger and the employees were wearing glocks with magazines, We were terrified.

Absolutely not and will never return.
Absolutely not and will never return. I booked a standard king when I arrived I was told that room was not available then she took my payment and also was kick Ed out the following day even though I had the same room con firmed and booked. And was told that I had to come back after 3. I was in dis belief and what gets me is why and where and what make booking .dot com think I have time to deal with headaches when I've been nothing but what they ask of me I fell more like a punk that getting abused and I am not happy about any thing at all here it is over a week later and I'm still telling sending u pics and I'm annoyed by not only the lack of support but. It's over and done
We booked a room here prior to flying from Charlotte. It was the closest hotel we could find in a medium price range, with decent ratings. We stayed two seperate nights going and coming from our vacation. I can always find a positive in any situation, my only positive here was the shuttle to the airport both ways was free. Rather than go thru a list of issues that i found wrong I will simply rate it a 4 for my free shuttle and lesson learned to not stay here again!
The staff was amazing and extremely supportive of my needs. My room was beautiful, and I felt safe. I had no problem getting the rest that I had so desperately needed. The airport shuttle driver made my commute to/from the airport enjoyable! Also, I only ate from the hotel restaurant- in the dining room and via room service... the food was excellent and the staff made my experience over the top!
I like the fact that I had an impromptu place to stay given that my ride showed up to the wrong airport. I had to call upon my recent stint of cheap hotel stays and I had a faint memory of staying at a la quinta in conyers, Georgia. With that in mind, the hotel was available for me when I needed it most. So thank you so much for being there when in a bind.
Very nice property. Arrived there late because I had missed my flight due to a delay in Mexico City. I love that there was a small nightlife at the bar and I could order food. Rooms were very nice and comfortable. Loved that. I could text the hotel staff so that I could catch a shuttle to the hotel and back to the airport in the morning.
The location of the hotel is very convenient to the heart of downtown Charlotte. It is next door to the Spectrum Center and restaurants and shops. Parking is tight in downtown Charlotte so you are best served by walking, using the street car or Uber. Note: parking is $20 a day in the adjacent parking garage (in and out free per day).
We booked this hotel for its proximity to CLT airport. Rooms were nice with a little sitting area and bathrooms were bright and clean. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet at 6 AM. We just stayed overnight so we couldn't experience all the other amenities they offer, but I suppose those are great too. We recommend this hotel.
The room was amazing for what I paid for! Definitely exceeded expectations in every way and is the best hotel we have every had the pleasure of staying in. Being on the 7th floor, it was awesome to see the sunset above the tree tops.
Great airport hotel. Very clean & the best hotel breakfast I’ve had. The staff running the breakfast were really wonderful & brought joy to the morning after a 30+ hour journey from Australia. Would 100% recommend staying here.
We needed a room with disability access and the room (especially the excellent bathroom) was perfect for us. For an airport hotel, the hotel has a surprisingly peaceful location by a lake where we saw a heron.
We just spent one night at the hotel, after our arrival at CLT Airport. The hotel was clean and nice, it offered a transfer service to the airport. The breakfast was good. All in all, a nice hotel.
The hotel gave and option for a free shuttle service to the airport which we didn’t need to use but I thought it was still a great service. Breakfast was good. Beds comfortable. Room clean.
My favorite hotel when I visit Charlotte! I love the location, the ambience, always clean rooms and the luxury feel it provides. My go to hotel every time I am in the area.
Conveniently close to the airport. The staff helped me to check in slightly early so that I could finally get some sleep after a long flight. Good value hotel!
