Self Catering Accommodation in Polanco, Mexico City

This hotel has a helpful and friendly reception and security team, i love everything in it, it has gym and free laundry room.

I have now stayed at this location 3 times when visiting Mexico City. Even though I understand very little Spanish I have always been welcome and had my needs met at this place. When my flight had a very late arrival the 24 hour desk staff were kindly able to check me in at any hour. I intend to stay here again for future visits. The apartments have also been larger than expected with a kitchen included etc.

Ambience of the hotel and suite. Location in lively residential part of Mexico City. Proximity to museums, restaurants, basic grocery shopping. Very walkable, safe neighbourhood in lively area of Polanco.

good location in a nice area with a lot of bars and restaurants. Nice apartment and very supportive staff.

Location, late check-in was simple to reschedule due to flight delays. Security at the property was great.

Very clean and comfortable place, loved the neighborhood, very calm and safe. Everyone was very nice and attentive, the room was beautiful, plus the two bathrooms were definitively a great extra!! Nice view from the balcony.

Everything - room was great, with great space (and we were 3!), very clean ! Breakfast was really good - many options ! Location couldn’t be better - close to the best area of Polanco with great restaurants and shops. And the staff was the best of the hotel !

Helpful staff, easy and secure to leave luggage. We had an issue with the washing machine and with the hot water but the maintenance man fixed both issues really quickly.

So kind and helpful to me. Don't speak Spanish. Breakfast was always a so good.

I would stay here again in a heartbeat. A fabulous location in Polanco and just absolutely beautiful. We were 3 ladies travelling together and couldn't have asked for a better space to arrive to Mexico into.

Maria is such a great host. She made our stay really comfortable and helped us with whatever we needed. Totally recommended!
