+Many shuttle bus times to and from hotel to gondola. +Great breakfast +Amazing spa +Super family and kids friendly (games, kids club, kids bath robe and slippers , every evening a small treat in room, indoor heated pool and spa) +Comfortable room with kitchen +One hour later check out +Friendly and efficient cleaning ladies +Pool staff were very nice +Reception also very friendly and service oriented We loved our stay! At first I was worried because it was not so close to gondola but there are so many times available this was not a problem at all . Great restaurants for dinner , we ate dinner at the hotel 2 nights and it was good. I also arranged a birthday cake for my husband through the lobby bar. We had a very memorable stay, 10/10 for all staff. We will recommend our friends and would definitely come back to this hotel when we visit bansko again. Spa, room and hotel general areas are much better in person than in photos which is rare!

Everything is great. The location to walk 1km to Pirin St. did not bother us at all since it was very nice to walk. But the design, the cleanliness, the space, everything is great. Our room has a big projector and we stayed in the night feeling like we slept with a cinema in front of us. One of the best hotels i stayed at and will definitely stay only here is i ever go back to Bansko. I'm a hotelier so this is saying a lot as we have 5000 hotels in our company.

This is the beat place to stay in Bansko. Our room was so spacious and warm, the bed was very comfy, there was everything needed for a perfect stay. The host was really nice and helpful. There is a very nice mehana in the house where you can cook and have a cup of tea/wine. I truly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort in Bansko.
