We had a wonderful stay for three nights in room #2 on the EG. Everything we needed was readily available, making our experience incredibly convenient. Being just a three-minute walk from Zugsputze and a supermarket was such a bonus! The warm welcome we received from the staff truly touched our hearts; they were kind and so supportive throughout our stay. We're grateful for their hospitality!

Breakfast was great, with an ample supply of choices. The staff were warm and friendly. The rates were reasonable, the room was comfortable and well appointed. I was there over Dec 6th and the staff even put a nice St. Nicholas Day present on my door.

The 4-star superior hotel has been family-run since 1634 and offers an indoor swimming pool, various saunas, steam baths, a children's playground and a cozy lounge.

the amenities. this resort has so much to offer; for kids, for adults, we can’t wait to go back. the restaurant dinner had the best live music entertainment. Loved it.

The host welcomed us with kindness and a smile - and helped us with everything we needed. The apartment was one of the most beautiful apartments I've ever stayed in - with an amazing view. Everything was clean, comfortable, relaxing - and the location was perfect. The kids didn't want to leave the apartment - so we stayed there for a whole day to rest and enjoy the view and the atmosphere. In addition, we found a basket full of juices and fruits - a gift from the host. I highly recommend staying at this place.

The staff is incredible!! The food was the biggest surprise because it was most delicious food and the dining room/family dinner was very special and cozy!
