The hotel is located just outside of the heart of Zermatt, close to the Gornorgrat train station. The rooms were comfortable and we had an amazing view of the Matterhorn from our deck. The breakfast was very good.

The location of the room was great - on the 1st floor, with a view and access out to a garden. And if you walk out a little into the hall, you can see the Matterhorn peek out. Overall comfortable stay, with convenient luggage storage if you're leaving later than the checkout time. Breakfast is good too.

The family-run Bristol hotel is located in a central yet quiet location in Zermatt, between the train station and the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It offers a spa area and free WiFi in all areas.

Had a wonderful view of the Matterhorn from our room. Rooms were very spacious. Breakfast was one of the best we had throughout our trip in Switzerland. Hot pancakes, waffles, fresh juices you could make, eggs, lot of choices for breakfast. Loved staying here. The hotel also has a microwave you can use in the common area which was very helpful. Location was easy to find and a easy 10min walk from the station.

The hotel was 5minutes from the station. The old fashion decor was sweet. Our room was spacious with a tiny fridge. Breakfast was a buffet with eggs, bacon, waffles, fruit and yogurt. Best of all an espresso machine. We were there during swiss independence day with celebrations all day but our room was quiet. The staff was helpful and pleasant.

I was worried when I booked that having to take the train up would be a hassle. It was not. The hotel had everything set up for us including the parking garage for our car and a taxi to bring us into Zermatt. Our room was spacious. The location is beautiful. Will stay here again.
