Location is close to the airport and it is super clean. We had to catch a flight at 6:20am and we needed a place for five people and close to the airport. We assumed that it would be easy to get a taxi or Uber. But in Venice, that is not the case. The property Manager Lisa really helped us to schedule a taxi at 3:30. She called many places and tried her best to help us.

The place totally met our expectation and it's worth the effort of bring luggage on waterbus. Very close to Piazza San Marco but not crowded. Spacious room, traditional-styled decoration and furniture, friendly staff and excellent breakfast. There's direct water shuttle from St Marco stop to VCE, line Blue.
The location of this property was perfect for us. We took a bus to Tronchetto and were able to walk to this hotel from there easily. There were several great places to eat right by the hotel and the staff even arranged us a boat taxi ride through the canals, as well as transportation to VCE.
