The place totally met our expectation and it's worth the effort of bring luggage on waterbus. Very close to Piazza San Marco but not crowded. Spacious room, traditional-styled decoration and furniture, friendly staff and excellent breakfast. There's direct water shuttle from St Marco stop to VCE, line Blue.
The location of this property was perfect for us. We took a bus to Tronchetto and were able to walk to this hotel from there easily. There were several great places to eat right by the hotel and the staff even arranged us a boat taxi ride through the canals, as well as transportation to VCE.
