Where to start.... rude receptionist, strange Odour, asked to check rooms before paying to find female underwear on radiator 🤢then to remove bed sheets find used sanitary product underneath the bedding. To then confront staff and be accused of it being my own 🤮then was offered a smaller room without any own facilities available, over charged to actual booking price online. And refused refund!
