Reception staff were very friendly. The room had obviously been cleaned well as I could smell bleach when I entered, so the bathroom was clean in that respect and the bed looked clean and was comfortable.

We had drinks in Weavers pub very livley and staff pleasant, local shops for provisions opened late.in evenings, had lunch in Cafe / restaurant besie Tesco express ,fab food and reasonably priced ,staff were lovley and pleasant.
The welcome was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast choices were great and the full English breakfast was really good. The price of the hotel was very reasonable. Room had air conditioning which was a big bonus. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Access to central London was straightforward, although the walk to the underground station may be a problem if you have trouble walking.
breakfast was very good staff were very helpful and polite, room was fairly spacious and comfortable parking was limited as stated beforehand, staff did offer to make space but there was parking available on the roads around the hotel, which I took advantage of. Overall was very pleased with our stay and would recommend to others.
I liked the comfortable room.
The look of hotel on the outside on the website.
I thought the photos looked good and thought hotel was boutique and had a spa so went with it because I thought it would be relaxing. The cleaner's friendliness was the best part of the stay to be fair. They were lovely ladies.
This is an hotel in a residential area which has been perfect for us to visit family who live close by. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our breakfasts which were included in the booking price were of high standard. "A gem of a find"!
The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. En suite facility was good and toiletries provided were a nice addition. Location of the hotel was very convenient. The breakfast provided was really good.
Staff were pleasant and helpful. Parking needed to be on street as the Hotel car park is miniscule but there was no problem.
We stayed Mon/Tues and the Hotel was quiet overnight.
