I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and it was a truly wonderful experience. The hotel offered a very good breakfast and lunch, with a wide variety of dishes that were both delicious and satisfying. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the comfort of our stay.
The location of the hotel was a major highlight, being in close proximity to the Harry Potter Warner Bros Studios. This made our visit to the studios extremely convenient and added to the overall enjoyment of our trip.

The room was a decent size and the en suite was excellent with a good assortment of soap, shower foam, shampoo and conditioner.
Secondary glazing kept the traffic noise to a very acceptable level.
We had a simple one course dinner on our first night which was nicely cooked and presented. I enjoy a beer and the Youngs was very good. There was a nice cooked breakfast each morning. We were at a wedding so no more main meals were taken at the hotel except for breakfast on our morning of departure. The 11 am checkout gives you plenty of time to pack and depart. Radlett was not explored but it is a very nice spot with access to some of Hertfordshire's visitor attractions. The Red Lion has its own car park which is a very short walk away for which no charge is made. We would certainly come here again!

It's nothing special.
It's nothing special. You have to be pretty rich to live here, or drive an expensive car! There are some decent places to get food: Indian restaurants, a chippie, Pizza Express, but you wouldn't come here unless you were on business or visiting someone.
Also, being on the A5, it's very busy during the rush hour. Don't come here for a romantic getaway!
Breakfast was tasty and generous. The service was excellent, the staff were polite and catered to our needs. For a three-star hotel, I'd say the breakfast was outstanding!
The room we stayed in was quite spacious and had complimentary espresso pods. We enjoyed spending time in the sitting area, which doubled as the morning breakfast restaurant.
The hotel's location is superb, a 5-minute walk to the train station to get to London and equally as close to the town center where there are restaurants, shops, and other amenities.
Nice hotel, Shame they charged my card x3times for 1 night and then only refunded one of the extra payments.
I booked through booking.com - who they tried to blame as I’d booked two rooms-despite me and the friend I travelled with supplying bank statements to illustrate both of us paying, her once, me three times.
Still trying to get my money back. a reasonable £75 has turned into a painful £150.
I knew of this Hotel from growing up in Radlett but I'd never stayed in it. I have lived in the North but still have family nearby. My daughter and my grandchildren loved our stay because the hotel is very traditional so much more homely than modern Hotels, plus the staff were excellent
Hotel and staff was beyond my expectations! The food is to die for, I only stayed a night and I had 3 meals there including breakfast!
They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay and honestly can not wait to visit again!
The pub/hotel is very well placed for the Radlett centre and the room was very clean. It was also useful to be able to park in a dedicated car park as there wasn't much else about.
The manager was very helpful, chatty and cheerful.
Train strike was a pain .. but no fault of Hotel. Was in room 5 .. bed was soo comfortable … shower was fantastic as well. Really good value for money. thanks
