Amazing location right in the beach and on the main boardwalk of Cecina! It was a short walk to the public beach (5-10 mins) and minutes away from shops and restaurants. The reception staff was very kind and accommodating. The mini fridge in the room was a nice touch

Casale Marittimo is a bustling village from morning to the early hours. There are some sights but it is mainly the coffee shop, bar and restaurants which attract people from all over Italy. There is no parking in the centre but free parking is available to all a few minutes from the centre and you can easily walk around the whole village. I would not recommend it for people with mobility difficulties due to the cobble-stone roads winding up and down the entire village! We visited in August in high season - perhaps it is not so lively in other months!

Beautiful little town, very charming, enough restaurants and wine bars to cater to local guest without losing its charm, very quiet and clean. Close to many interesting sites and day trip destinations, only 20 mins from several beaches.

We had a great stay at Agriturismo Il Poggio. The Maisonette was very nice, comfortable and well-equipped. It offers great views over the Tuscan landscape and from the terrace we could enjoy nice sunsets. The hosts are extremely friendly and always trying to make us feel comfortable. The location of the Agriturismo is perfect to explore surrounding villages and cities or to take a short drive to the beach. The nearby village Casale Marittimo ist also very nice, with several good restaurants. We can definately recommend Agriturismo Il Poggio.
This is the umpteenth time I stay at La Gioisa. It is a lovely Bed & Breakfast in the town centre of Casale Marittimo. The room we got (number 4) was very large, clean, quiet and with a beautiful view on the surrounding estates. Breakfast was good and on the sweet side. There was a fan we could move around ourselves. The public car park is within walking distance. We checked in late, around midnight, and the owner gave us instructions to pick up they keys by ourselves which was very considerate.
Casale Marittimo is a beautiful village within a short drive of Bolgheri - which is more touristy. Loved the views overlooking gorgeous landscape and large rooms. Appreciated the chance to stay in an old, stately home. Francesco was very accomodating and helped with our luggage because there is no on-site parking and no elevator.
Newly renovated apartment where you feel the history, located in the heart of amazing Casale Marittimo, little fascinating town in Toscany. Very clean and comfortable, even rather small. Great hosts, very helpfull and communicative, giving recommendations.
It is a lovely little romantic apartment in the beautiful Casale Marittimo, just a few steps from the village square.
Mosquito nets on all windows meant we could leave windows open for ventilation, but there was also air conditioning for when it is too hot.
The hotel os very good. Good Location with great View.The owners were very friendly and kind. Their restaurant was grean and the food was delicious! Home wine was perfect!
Casale Marittimo is charming. Its narrow streets and architecture together with lovely landscape before sunset and early in the morning creates a feeling of coziness.
