The Restaurant had a great menu and super wine. The location was remote so it is not advisable taking public transport but to rent a car.

Great location with easy access to Lucca, Livorno, Pisa. Quiet neighborhood yet just 8 minutes walk from lively center of Pontedera. WONDERFUL Ci Ritorno restaurant next door where pizza-maker super star Mario puts his 25 years of experience into every pizza, plus great full menu as well. il Viale proprietor Luca was exceptionally welcoming and responsive. Immaculate rooms, super housekeeping. Gori is a super place for breakfast complimentary to il Viale guests. Definitely would come again!
After our initial disappointment with the assigned house, we did enjoy the grounds, the cleanliness and the peace and quiet. Massimo responded to all our requests, for items that we needed. The house we stayed in is nicely furnished and decorated. The TV is good. The pool is ideal for a family with kids, or for dipping into on hot days. The location is ideal for touring the area, both Pisa and Florence are less than an hour away. Massimo only speaks Italian - a plus for me!
It's the perfect place to have a rest after a noisy city. Good location with a maximum 1-hour destination time to get to Pisa or another interesting place in Toscana by car. Very helpful stuff, a good restaurant, excellent breakfast, great pool. I definitely can recommend visiting this place.
Very clean, modern apartment with character. Central location, easy to get to the train station. Great base to explore cities of Tuscany. Easy to get to Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Sienna etc. Host was very fast to reply to any queries. Would definitely stay again.
I went there for work, An excellent place to sleep, a restaurant in in the house. Clean, Friendly, good WiFi. The Hotel is close (walking distance) to the train station, easy travel! University and Factorys (for meetings) nearby.
A perfect B&B located near Pontedera. Quite and comfortable facilities, spacious room and bathroom. everything was clean, our room had a terrace with a mountain view, friendly and helpful host, decent breakfast.

Breakfast was a fair offering of cold Italian breakfast items. The reception was very nice and helpful. The parking garage is very safe and secure (located at the bank) but a bit of a distance from Hotel.
The staff was very friendly, rooms were tidy and clean, and the location of the hotel was ideal when wanting to visit the area around Pontedera by train (like Pisa, Lucca and Florence).
The location is near Pisa on a very nice hill with beautiful landscape. The house is huge, enough for a family with three children, two bath and big kitchen.
