The hosts were very responsive and greeted us late in the evening when we had arrived. They also send a check in message that I had missed in the chat- clearly explaining how to access the key for the room etc.

I love This place I never want to leave. The Cabins are quiet and comfortable and have quality Beds and amenities. The Pacific Ocean is right There, the whole place has beach access. Amazing Cafe Bagels and Coffee right on the Beach did I just say that,

Modern facilities were awesome loved the decor, I stay at motels quite often and this one sets itself apart from the others. The rooms were spotless, very tidy and clean! So impressed by this motel, the location was great having the beach right in front of us. Staff were so lovely and helpful couldn’t fault this place would 100% stay again

Very easy access to the property, able to park the car just outside the door, very well equipped kitchen with coffee, tea, sugar, good supply of towels, washing machine and bathroom supplies. Our daughter enjoyed everything about the property. There was a second large room with a couch,, desk, chair and large wardrobe.

    Gisborne is a very pleasant and picturesque City.

    Gisborne is a very pleasant and picturesque City. Unfortunately the whole sweep of the Poverty Bay Beaches has been spoilt by recent adverse Weather Storms leaving debris on the once beautiful bathing areas. Sightseeing from the Kaiti Lookout is always a great view, and the Local Council has done a lot of work clearing the Beaches, with work still to do, I imagine. The Area is definitely worth a visit.

    The first city in the world 🌎 to see the sunrise and has beautiful beaches to swim.This city is family orientated and the lifestyle here is relaxed mode. The people here enjoy the hunting and diving/ fishing experience (kai gathering).Also alot of agricultural/ horticulture revolves here as well. There is also a lot of farming sheep & cattle here on the east coast and definitely comes with a beautiful coastline to drive and enjoy 💯👌 Highway 35... Stay blessed 🙌 enjoy your everyday 🙏

    Warm and friendly, lots of cafes, get out on to the board walk for an easy walk or take the Titirangi hill/maunga walk for a bit more of a challenge. DO make sure you greet and talk to people. Lots to see and do. PBC make the best hashbrowns and all day breakfasts.

    The Gisbourne coastline is perfect for getting away and some great self-care time. The town offered a good range of food, clothing op shops, but getting away from the crowds and driving along the coast was only 20 minutes out of Gisbourne, was worth the trip absolute paradise, its my number one holiday spot, I will be returning

    Next visit will be vineyards more beaches etc Had dinner and lunch at the WORKS- nice size servings- airport taxi/car hire etc will def be back. Weather was fantastic - was in spa until 9pm Fed stingrays in their natural habitat- just beautiful

    The space and facilities available were easy and accessible. I was very close to where I needed to get my daughter to for her competition. Staff were all amazing. Keep doing a great job wāhine mā! Greeted with a smile and acknowledged in te reo when I greeted in te reo Māori followed by great service from the cleaning crew with a warm welcoming farewell smile when informed of something minor was broken.     Loved our stay here. Very warm and welcoming. Best place we have stayed so far, best sleep we have had in such a long time, breakfast was amazing, coffee to die for and it's such a beautiful home. The owner Tony is such a wonderful man full of local knowledge. A must stay for anyone visiting Gisborne.

    It was exactly what I required for my stay in Gisborne. It was within a 15 minute walk for all that I needed to achieve. the friendly pickup from the airport was a bonus. Great service, nice little bonuses, and all at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.
