I booked this room so I can have a good breakfast for 2 days.And both days I could not have a breakfast.I'm super upset. They told me.A check in that breakfast was Over at 10 AM, but both times I went bad. Already closed it and cleaned it and could not get breakfast. They did.Not give me the correct time for weekdays or anything.

The manager was horrible, the service was horrible.
The manager was horrible, the service was horrible. The rooms was dirty and had roaches, nothing worked, not the phone, not the microwave, nothing. The railing from the bed cut me and my son leg because it was sticking out from the frame. It was a horrible experience, I'll never go back

This was my first time visiting Calumet City. The people were very friendly and there are a lot of things to see and do in the Chicago area. I wish I had more time to spend. I will be return when I have more vacation time.

There was nothing that I liked ..
There was nothing that I liked ..I was actually disappointed. I booked my room threw booking .com thought I was staying in Alsip to find out it was this ghetto 1 star Hotel...Nothing was clean!!! I definitely wouldn't try the breakfast...I fill I was cheated!!! Seriously !!!
The overall experience at the hotel was wonderful, including the room, cleanness and hospitality. The was a young lady working in the kitchen area who said her name was Child of the Most-High; her personality was so beautiful that it made the experience peaceful and even more wonderful.
We were going into Chicago for a couple of events over the course of a weekend. Baymont was cheap and clean and a good place to sleep for the night. Staff was friendly. Shower was hot and had good pressure. They had a breakfast but we didn't try it. Felt safe.
Stray cat we named Baymont was the best thing. Everything else sucked! I need a full refund for the nightmare of a stay there! I will not recommend it to anyone. I will be notifying the BBB because the staff ruined my girlfriend's special night...
I have the opportunity to visit the hotel in 2021 and I was so disappointed that I didn’t want to ever visit it again but it is so beautiful and I will definitely be staying here again 🥰💯
