The staff is hands down the best staff I have ever encountered, and we travel a lot and stay in a lot of hotels. This was by far the BEST stay, from beginning to the end! The hotel is very clean, smells good and fresh. The room was wonderful. Breakfast was the absolute best. Both mornings I couldn’t finish because it was so much! And the breakfast staff was amazing! Thank you so much for an amazing experience!

This Hilton is a disgrace to the Hilton name brand. Staff not friendly or helpful. Room was very dirty. Lamps didn't work, corridor to room had wires exposed the whole time of our 5 day stay. Fire alarm went off 3 times, twice in the middle of the night. I DO NOT recommend this hotel.
We loved the rooms and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient and on other stays I could see myself using the 2’pos they have to offer. My only 2 negatives are the elevators had visible handprints all over them, which during Covid times, just says they aren’t cleaning them frequently enough. And we wish there were a menu in the room for the restaurant that is in the hotel. We likely would have spent a good amount to get breakfast ordered in the morning to bring back to the room.
They charged me double the amount and while I had pre-purchased a room from the booking form, and then they did not refund me the money. You have to call the booking office. The amount was deducted from me by the hotel employee and after the purchase on the booking, and also the hotel should have returned it, not the booking.
I had an accidente did not resolve yet , poor customer service I will review again after my injure is resolve seriously pretty bad fall in the lobby the hotel did not take care of my medical issues yet , very disappointed they do not care about customer after they had your money
good sized room and facilities, it was half the price of the hotel next door id stayed at previously and to be honest was just as good, breakfast and coffee facilities were also great
The hotel was near where I needed to be. I like the digital key and check in service. The housekeeping service people were nice and helped give us towels and take our garbage.
