Breakfast is too orinary.

We booked an apartment for 3 grown-ups, including breakfast. It was a simple apartment, but very spacious and a lot of place to store clothes etc. It is located close to the Naschmarkt, where there are a lot of good, cheap restaurants

The breakfast was not very tasty: the bread was at least two days old, terrible cheese, no fresh fruit or juice.

Convenient location, tea-making facilities, constant hot water, clean towels daily, wi-fi, etc.

The apartment we booked was really nice, very clean and bigger than expected. The staff at the breakfast was really nice and when we asked for gluten-free bread they ordered it for us.

The staff at the front desk was rude. Unfortunately we had an apartment at the ground floor. It was very loud during the night due to people coming home (between 3am and 5am) and people going to the breakfast (6:30am). We could hear the people talking and slapping the doors.

Just 5 minutes walk to Karntner Strasse.

Didn't had their own parking spaces, (somewhere near the place they said) but i got a spot on the street and had a view on my car so it went pretty good.

We liked the breakfast. Especially the staff who were kind enough to let us come at 10 when it was time to close it. They were patient and friendly. The room was cleaned properly. The kitchennette was well- equipped. The beds were soft and comfortable. It was warm in the room. The location is great.

The hotel has a different entrance from the apparthotel and the hotel doesn't mention this on the site. Should you have a heavy luggage, you'll have to climb a lot of stairs before reaching the receptionist and then go back in the same way. It is rather cold in the breakfast hall. They economize on electricity and it is dark in the hallways, light turns on automatically, but with a big delay. If you can do otherwise, don't order a taxi through the receptionist. They work with a Turkish company who don't care a thing where you go, what terminal you'll need, and the fare upon arrival may be different from the one that was given you by the receptionist.

Very friendly reception. When we registered the man in reception noticed we were from Hungary and addressed us in Hungarian. He also offered us a room bigger than the one we booked for an extra eur10. We did not take it but it was nice of him to offer anyway.

No microwave oven...
