First, I was surprised how big the room was, didn’t expect that from a standard room at all. It had a very traditional decor with antique furniture (for someone who is looking for this kind of experience) and a lot of space for your personal belongings. We had everything we needed and beyond. The room was clean and we had a cleaning service every morning. The location was just a few minutes from everything. I would really recommend staying in this hotel.

Room was clean with enough space and comfortable bed. Staff was helpful. Location easy to find from the main station in a quiet neighbourhood. Somewhat limited amenities as only towel, liquid soap, and paper cups provided. However it is still great value for money. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Vienna is city without warmth and charm.
Vienna is city without warmth and charm. People are not kind at all including owner of accomodation. Waste of money is traveling to Vienna.Arrogance on each step, only warnings - if you loose key you will pay, if you do not check out on time you will pay !!! Not welcoming at all. But if there are bugs in apartment, if internet does't work , I ask how mych owner will pay to customer for bad service ???

Very pleasant city for a 2-3 day break, the zoo is fantastic but takes up a whole day and there are many places to visit. In my opinion, swerve the overrated Schnitzel and tuck into plentiful cafe culture cake options (Demel touristy but well worth a sugary brunch) and take your coffee strong and black... Transport links good (metro and links to other cities such as Salzburg).

The buildings are very impressive - maybe even more so than Paris or London. The churches are pretty, but if you have seen a few, these are not so distinctive. Prices were more affordable than in money center cities. Food is simple and good, though the desserts were not as good as the hype and certainly not on a par with Paris. The classical musical performances are truly the best in the world. Vienna is definitely worth a couple of days, particularly for classical music lovers.

Use public transport and the sightseeing buses, buy a day or week pass
The service is incredible.
In May it's nice and warm and not too busy.
We had the most wonderful stay at the Guesthouse Vienna. The location was perfect for us to walk to all the sights and the subway station. The hotel itself was quiet, cozy, and charming. We commented on how we had everything we needed: a central location, comfy bed, hot shower with amazing water pressure, cozy but modern decor, friendly and helpful staff, and a wonderful cafe to grab a bite to eat. The staff were able to hire a clean and comfortable ride to and from the airport. As two women traveling alone, we especially felt safe.
You can find parking spots on the street, they are free of charge during the night. There's also a public parking garage nearby, "Tiefgarage Lerchenfelderstraße - Wien | APCOA", we paid 14 Euros for a night and 12 hours during the day, although you need the app of the parking garage and the app is not available for all the countries.
The Hotel is great for its position, you can visit by foot all the major attractions of Vienna's City Center.
Spacious rooms that were clean. The bathroom was large and immaculate. The breakfast was wonderful with a huge array of options. The location is right next to Schönbrunn Palace which was nice. The city centre was a few stops away on the train but this was no issue as there was metro direct line literally 2 minutes walk from the hotel. The overall feel of the hotel was old-style grandeur which was a perfect stay for Vienna.
Perfect value for money. Easy to reach by public transport, however, a little bit outside of the city centre. Was perfect for what we were looking for though (an accomodation close to where the Vienna Marathon starts).
FYI: its not a hotel with a regular reception where you could drop off your bag at the reception.
Something did not work for us with the key handover and staff was very helpful to solve the problem.
We’re a group of four on a leisure travel to Vienna and we really enjoyed our stay at the Belvedere central apartment. The location is perfect - easy to get to/from the airport and at a close 15-20 walk to the city centre. The apartment is clean and spacious, sleeps four comfortably, furnished stylishly and it provides all you need for a short/a week’s stay in the city. Will book again for my next visit.
Stayed 2 days in Vienna and the hotel was perfect for us. Comfortable and almost 15 min walking to the city center. The rooms are quiet and there is no disturbance, and the air conditioning was cool and excellent. The staff were smiling and helpful. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth and flexible. The rooms are not large but adequate and this is the case with most hotels in Europe.
Nice quiet location in a park, close (20 mins walk) to the UBahn for travelling to Vienna city centre. Shops, bars and restaurants nearby, short walk away. Easy to reach by car, saves driving into Vienna. Perfect for watching Rapid Vienna. Hotel is quiet, clean and reasonably modern. Outside parking, seemed safe (in a good area). Good breakfast.
Pension Neuer Markt is in an excellent location in the heart of Vienna city centre. Everywhere is reachable on foot and the hotel is beside an underground station. It really is a perfect location. The staff were friendly and at breakfast there was plenty of food and a good selection to choose from. The beds were comfortable.
Good option for short stay in Vienna. Single room is pretty small but everything is in order and clean. Good location to the city centre and transport connections. Direct bus to the central railway station just opposite the hotel. Plenty of cafes, bars restaurants as well as shops around. Good value for money.
The location was super convenient, located right opposite Central Vienna Station. One minute's walk to the bus station, which connects the hotel with the city center. The room was not big but was neat and tidy. Their staff was also helpful. They passed me the city guide even though I didn't request it.
Hotel had beautiful Christmas decorations and my family and I felt really good staying here for a few days visiting Vienna Christkindlmarkt. Room service was great (clean room every day, clean towels, etc). It’s 20 min walk from City Centre. Parking was reserved and available as planned.
A nice hotel located a bit outside the city centre but close to the metro, so easy to travel around Vienna. The hotel is close to Danube and a park, perfect for morning runs. Sound isolation is great, no noise. The room was very clean and spacious. We have enjoyed our weekend there.
A very nice receptionist Lady explained not clear rules on parking fees in Vienna. Apart from that, the hotel provides its own parking space for additional fees. Very good breakfest. Nice location in a walking distance to the city centre, that is also easily approachable by bus.
Our room was clean and warm. Our bed was comfortable. Our next choice in Vienna might be Babula. The hotel is very close to the city center and transportation alternatives.
Even though we couldn't go to the park nearby, just knowing it was there was enough.
Nice hotel, very clean, excelent breakfast, nice personal. The rooms are small, but imaculate clean, nice personal. There is a parking. Not the best location if you want to visit Vienna, but still not too far from the city centre-about 6 km.
Everything was amazing about SO/ Vienna. Great location, just a 5 minutes walk to the city center, staff was extremely friendly, the breakfast was top notch food, we had an amazing stay at this hotel.
A nice, cozy hotel located within the walking distance of the city center (15 min). Friendly service, tasty breakfast and comfortable rooms, overall a great option when staying in Vienna.
