Daylesford has many high quality shops, beautiful places to eat, The Mill Antique Market and beautiful art galleries including The Convent Gallery. Daylesford/Hepburn Springs provided great options for dining out. It had excellent walking tracks, particularly around the Lake, which were serene and scenic. The main street of Daylesford had lots of shops, ideal for browsing and shopping, stopping for a coffee, etc. We visited the Convent with its delightful Cafe and fabulous art gallery, which was thoroughly enjoyable.Guest review byBrendaAustralia - 10.0

Beautiful place to visit lots of great restaurants and main street shopping. Rubens is a great place to eat and also has take aways. The motel is in a great location,close to shops etc, lots to see and enjoy and the weather was great, no rain. There is a great bakery which we always go to, the book shop is also great to.go into, always buy something, the atmosphere is great and the locals are friendly The Mill is a given, lots of treasures and it's like going back in time, lots to see and embrace, the Wombat Forrest is great to see, the Begonias are just beautiful, nice to take lots of photos and a short walk, have been coming to Daylesford for 26 years and introduced our whole family and my nephew and his wife always stay at the Lake house. The gifts are just beautiful in the shop, very special, have bought quite a few which are treasured items, my sister also celebrated a special birthday with her kids as well. Love exploring the op shops, Salvos, Vinnie's and the Anglican shop are a must for all to visit, there is always something special to see and buy.Guest review byRitaAustralia
