I was greeted so kindly and my needs were catered for beyond my expectations. I received a room upgrade which I was so grateful for. The internet ran smoothly for my conference and I especially loved the spa.

The space, while small, served us well. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to use. The air conditioner helped to warm the space and the warm extra blanket was appreciated.

I love the sea and find the ocean re-invigorating. The people are friendly and there some great places to run along the coastline as well as restaurants to dine out at. I shopped for local products which I enjoyed and picked up some nice little gifts. The holiday enabled my two dogs to travel with me and my friend so that our family had a nice break. It made my winter seem a little more cheerful as I don't enjoy the cold but managed to paddle in the ocean with Peppy and Tom. Thank you for the opportunity to get away.

Squires Loft is a great restaurant especially if you like steak.
Point Impossible is the most beautiful beach in Torquay. It is clothing optional so there are not a lot of kids and the beach is pretty quiet although there are a few male perverts that are creepy.
We went to 2 coffee shops that weren't great. I will take my own coffee machine next time.
One of the fish & chip shops near woolies was closed on Wednesday night which I found strange. Another one in Bell St was open but the chips weren't good. It is a guessing game to figure out which take away shops are open, their website will say the shop is open when it isn't.
The bars close early and you will struggle to find an open bar after 9.30pm.
It can be hard to find parking at peak times.

Torquay is a great destination and in my opinion one of the nicest towns along the surf coast. The town centre is pleasant to walk around, and the vibe is great - plenty of choice for foodies with a plethora of fantastic restaurants.
I was here for 3 days on business but made sure I fitted in some leisure time and can't wait to return.
The recent changes have really turned this place into a 5* venue. The rooms look great and feel like they belong in a luxury hotel. The staff were friendly and very efficient ensuring that our stay was hassle-free and enjoyable.
The long bar was a great place to while away some spare time or even all your time. We were well looked after by Emma at the bar, despite us being a bit on the boisterous side. We will will definitely be coming back on future trips to the area!
The house was clean, cool and comfy. We enjoyed the big open space upstairs. We did not need aircon. The outdoor seating was clean and comfy and had a nice quiet view of the canal. Kitchen was well-appointed. We enjoyed the tennis court. Staff kindly returned our charger to us that we left behind.
lots of family board games, dvds, toys for babies and toddler too. there are even two surfing boards and sand play toys. So close to beach, and surf points, it only takes about 2-3minutes walk. and so many cafes around the house. it’s a great place to stay for holiday.
This property is great. I did not realize how big it was on booking. It would be great for meeting up at the beach with extended family. There are lots of different spaces to hang out, board games, patios…it was a homey place. I would come back if given the chance.
My family and I stayed in the cabins - and we had a ball in Torquay- such an awesome location - so close to everything!
The facilities at the park were great, we loved the playground, mini golf and jumping pillow!
Easy check in and check out!
Perfect location in quiet suburban street. Easy walking distance to beautiful beach in the morning (Jan Juc I think). Easy drive to town for heaps of choices for dinner. Great layout that suited our grown up family of 5 perfectly.
Location was the main advantage as I could go and play Golf at the RACV Club and go the the Torquay Hotel for the TAB and Pokies. Access to the beach was convenient and the showers were located close to where I was staying.
Loved the overall atmosphere and every thoughtful detail! There was no boredom in this house. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, every five minutes discovering something new! Would recommend for families or group of friends!
Resort is lovely. Room was like a basic hotel room with minimal facilities. Apartment style or a room with at least a little table or couch would be better. Very basic room for the price
The room was clean, comfortable, well furnished and in a lovely area outside of town. The hotel overlooks fields. The room had a TV, seating, coffee table, microwave, fridge and kettle.
Calina was so lovely, i was a little early and they had everything ready.
The place was cleaner then my house. Everything was perfect!
Easy too find and perfect parking.
It was perfect for our Xmas family holiday including our 3 offspring and their partners. Generous sized rooms, different living areas. Very well set up inside and out.
A great location and fantastic gym, spa facilities. Whole ambiance of the Hotel was very relaxing. The quality of food in the restaurants was outstanding.
