Everything was super close (within walking distance)!!
Wifi was brutal. You couldn't get a signal anywhere.
The parking was atrocious and so was the wifi.
Rooms were very large and beds very comfortable. The cleaning staff were very prompt and courteous. We dealt with Amanda at the front desk and she was very helpful.
The lineup for checking in was long and slow.
Wi Fi not functionnal
I loved the iHop, two pools, the kind staff.
Their coffee, we were never given a map,
How we got lock out on the balcony and we have to yell for help
Had to pay for parking.
The location....walking distance to a lot of attractions.
Didn't like the room......no view from the outside except the big wall.
It was well priced, simple, clean and had great service. I was in Niagara for business and, this Best Western was perfect.
We liked that it was so close to the falls and to the main street. We also very muched liked the drive up rooms (even though the stall in front of our room was taken). We also likes the night audit guy as he was very accommodating.
We didn't like that there was no where to heat up a bottle for our five month old and when we asked the front desk staff in the morning they said they couldn't help us. The room also had to be cleaned twice as there was hair all over the bathroom and still it wasn't clean. The room also smelled very musty and there was no WiFi connection at all. When this was brought up to the staff all they said was they were sold out and that was the only room available.
Excellent location Good value for the money
Terrible wifi infact we did not get wifi service in our room. Needs upgrading
Very tired facility and room, the shower almost impossible to use with very poor water pressure in it, did not even try to turn on the whirlpool bathtub, carpet long time overdue to replace ...
you guys sent us to embasy suits for same price when somthing went wrong. that was amazing
Mark, the valet was most kind especially after spotting the handicap sticker. He arranged for no charge parking and a convenient location.
The convenience of the location and the price
Having to pay for parking. I was extremely surprised. That boosted the rate of the hotel stay by 20.00
Very clean and quiet, enjoyed our 5 day stay very much. I would recommend it to anyone and will stay again at this hotel. Thank You. Alan ...Kingston
Having to pay for parking, it should be included free of charge.and sometimes hard to find a spot to park on the Stanley Cres.side of the parking lot.
Your mattress was so comfortable
Parking fee is to expensive
Close to the main attraction. The room is spacious. Best value for your money. I will defenitely stay in Best Western Hotel again when I come back in July or August.
Parking is quite expensive $20/night.
Location and staff
Four adults two chairs. Two drawers. Not enough storage. No screens on patio doors.for fresh air
staff in variety store not very helpfull
Clean and good location.
Wi fi was terrible, problems the entire stay. Booking.com needs to include total price when advertising the rooms. Our $79 room was about $120 a night. Did not know parking was $20 a day, and tax was between 16 and 17%. Big difference. Overall not very satisfied
Elevator was making us nuts, so we used stairs - which is fine. But, how about people who can not use the stairs? Hotel staff allows for their guest to have their private parties in front of the hotel and in front of guests ground floor rooms. We had a feeling we have room in some public bar! Unacceptable! After a very loud night we woke up, put our suitcases in the car and left for the breakfast, with plan to shower, brush the teeth, use the bathroom after breakfast. We left some personal items in the room, but when we came back to the room the cleaning ladies were already in our room, cleaning! The time was 10:05, check-out is 11:00!!!! One would expect that they would apologize, but no! Except one, she apologized and left the room to give us space, but the other one she did not even care that we are there and kept right on working. After I said that we are still in the room, that we did not check out, she simply said, not even looked at me, continuing to made the bed, that she thought we left. I said: "No, we did not. As you see we are still here!" She continued to make the bed. I asked her if she saw my personal stuff, because it was not where I left it. She said no and continue to do her work! I found my stuff on the floor. I could not find the invoice which they already put in the trash! One of them was nice enough and went to find the invoice. After this I went to check out (no shower, no cleaning teeth, no using bathroom) and return the key and of course complain about what just happend. The receptionist asked me if I told them, I said that I did and she answerd: "OK then." After she noticed my facial expression she added: "I am sorry!" At least but not last - the hotel breakfast! Outrageous! Buffet has no choice! What they have is scrambled eggs, two sorts of potatoes, some fruits, and some other little things, like totaly dried croissants. I would expect this kind of breakfast bar in family B&B with 3-5 guest capacity.
Location and price. Sound proofing is pretty good.
The room was very dark, one of the light switches were broken, but I figure we weren't going to spend very much time in the hotel room, it didn't really matter. The hallways are a bit dark. No complimentary conditioner.
Bird nests on the balcony. Bird poops all over all the chairs on the balcony, as if they weren't even cleaned for months. $20 a day is ridiculous for parking. Most expensive in Niagara. We brought our own microwave to heat up some food, and when we got back to our room after it was cleaned and the microwave was gone. They confiscated it cuz it's apparently a fire hazard when it doesn't say anywhere on their website and I called to tell them and it was no problem....they said I probably called the main line. They took the microwave, didn't leave a note and threatened to not give it back to us until we checked out. Very inconvenient!
