The prices they put on the menu are never the final ones. When they bring it to your room, they always add extra charges so they can take more money from you. In general, hotels that like to overcharge have prices that aren’t really honest. There are always hidden fees in their costs, and they make you pay extra for things that should normally be included in the hotel service

Barcelona is a vibrant city, full of life and positive vibe.

Barcelona is a vibrant city, full of life and positive vibe. It is very pet friendly and family friendly. It is quite hot so if you hate the heat go in the winter months. There's no Ubers like other cities so get readyt o catch a Taxi wherever you go. The Metro is easy to access. Catalonians are not friendliest of people but they are not mean and if they like you,you have a friend forever. I saw a couple of homeless people sleeping in the streets and beggers.

You will get the best tour of the city by walking everywhere you go ! Even though they have the longest and widest streets I've walked in my entire life. The walks were amazing and they have so much graffiti and street art ! And their building architecture, their balconies, so interesting.

Barcelona used to be my favourite city to travel to. I had not been in many years and found that it had changed a lot (and not for the better). The city is overrun by tourists and the locals are hostile to tourists now (I don't blame them). The attractions like Park Guell are packed with people. There are better cities to go to in Spain.

Spanish people are very friendly and helpful towards foreigners. Even inside the metro and bus, travelling was very safe. When compared to other European countries, Spain is very safe, clean, and has free washrooms (no need to pay money) throughout Barcelona city. Even the beaches were very safe, clean with white sand and free continuous cleaning, free washrooms (no need to pay money)

We came for Gaudi, as this was our first trip to Barcelona. And we managed a lot but not everything. We were surprised how large it is! And there is so much to see. Different quarters differ a lot. It's good to know where you have to be extra safe. Also next time we will try and go out more at night, your city is buzzing with nightlife!

I have visited Barcelona several times in the past and this was the worse of all stays. City is totally dirty and full of impolite people every where. At Barcelona Santz station, impossible to just hope on a taxi, you need to make a reservation in advance, crazy! Walked down the ramblas around 8pm and it is now very unsafe, full of prostitutes and drug dealers offering all kinds of drugs. I know tourist are unwelcome and I will follow that advise. Do NOT come to this city!!!

Amazing staff (specially segnior Tino and guys from the bar). Location is top notch. Good cleaning done every day. Saff is really friendly from their heart. One of the best hotels in Barcelona. The food in the restaurant is on very good level, also the breakfast. Not so much choice for breakfast as in some large 5 star hotels, but everything is selected and very good. They also have iron and powerfull hair dryer!

It's a comfortable hostel with great location. It's in the city center and from the hotel we can go to many famous sightseeings in Barcelona, such as Plaça de Catalunya, Arc de Triomf, Sant Miquel Beach We stayed one night here and the service was very good. Hostel staffs were totally friendly and helpful. It's a wonderful place for a group with 5 or 6 friends

The hotel reception staff were very helpful from the moment we arrived during the power outage across Spain for our last night in Barcelona before our flights home. The room itself was small but very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel had power which was very welcome given the general situation across Barcelona.

I would highly recommend this hotel to other tourists. First and foremost the staff from reception was by far the most helpful ones I’ve met in Spain. They helped me carry the luggage along with bags and I really appreciated their airport. When I checked out they helped me call the taxi. 5 star!!
