Upon departure please leave all keys on the reception desk if checking out before reception opening hours. There will be a charge of GBP 40 per front door key if lost or un-returned key or lost in transit.

Please note Two-Bedroom Apartment is located on the fourth floor. The elevator only takes guests up to the third floor, therefore guests are required to walk up a set of stairs between the two floors.

A damage deposit of £250 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
