Lovely Staff! + Location is beyond perfection as its located exactly in the centre of london. Perfect for first timers as its a walking distance from the main attractions.

Loved the double tvs and kitchenette. Main bed so comfy and warm. Great location to so many tube stations and London hot spots.

Excellent service, clean room with comfortable beds. Great rooftop bar and overall super location.

The hotel is sparkling clean and it’s in the heart of london. Walking distance from Big Ben, Piccadilly, Oxford st., Regent st….etc. All the staff were extremely friendly, supportive and professional. Most importantly for us, they have electronic bidet seat with remote control installed.

The OWO hotel is steeped in amazing history. It has been beautifully and sympathetically transformed into an exceptional hotel. The "Spy Bar" is a must visit. Amazing I have to say the staff at all levels, give this hotel soul, and without that "soul" it would be just another high end hotel. Which it certainly is not. "Bravo" Raffles OWO.

The property owner was extremely responsive and accommodating. He addressed all our inquiries within minutes, and resolved all concerns on the spot. The apartment was spacious and had everything we could possibly need. The location was also convenient.

Friendly staff who made sure I got my 10% off food (v yummy pizza) and drink. Excellent location. pub had a lovely buzz but very quiet up on room.

Location was perfect- we walked home from most dinners or shows at night; for longer distances it was within a few min walk to different underground lines (Charing Cross or Embarkment). Room was an efficient size though perfect for our needs -- comfortable bed and pillows, good quality shower, appreciated the daily refill on water, coffee and snacks, quiet room.. could only hear police car sirens but could not hear any other rooms or regular street noise despite being in a very busy area. All the staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions. Generally tasteful design and aestethics.

I have stayed at the Corinthia when it first opened a number of times, and it was outstanding. Now years later though older it remains a very special hotel.

It was central, room was clean, facilities were available upon request, as in the pictures, my specific request was considered.

Fantastic location right on Leicester Square, with a lovely room on the third floor overlooking the square. We also enjoyed the view of the tip of Big Ben from the main staircase. The girl at the front desk was super friendly and welcoming!

The staff delivered exceptional service and handled a maintenance issue affecting my originally booked room with great professionalism. As the room was unavailable due to maintenance, I was very kindly upgraded to a suite, which truly enhanced my stay. The suite was spacious, elegant, and extremely comfortable, and the overall hospitality and attention to detail were outstanding. I am genuinely grateful for the way the team managed the situation.
