Knowing what we knew about Belfast, we admit we were a tad bit anxious. But now that we have been there we will definitely promote it. We wish that we’d stayed for at least one more day to do a hop on hop off bus tour (if they operate in Belfast)

The B&B is very spacious and clean, very convenient and good for free parking. The local people in Belfast are very friendly and helpful. With shineshine, Gaint's Causeway and Carrick-a-Rede are very beautiful. There are many peace walls around the city but some of them becomes the messy walls, a bit disappointed.

Belfast is a gem of a city break!
Belfast is a gem of a city break! It's changed a lot in the 50 years that I've spent living and visiting there. Gone are the oppressive security measures of The Troubles and in its place vibrant, commercial businesses focussed on servicing an incredibly busy tourism sector. Accomodation is not cheap so pre-booking is essential due to lack of capacity - but of prime importance is the Belfast welcome and a bit of craic. Just remember to take your personality and make a point of speaking to everyone.

I did not like the dark room.
I did not like the dark room. There was 1 smallish window opposite a brick wall. Lifts were broken so it was difficult walking the stairs to ho to our room or when in the bar down stairs to use the toilets.

I told you in the first review, the only problem we had was with Booking. Com, your add gave the impression that breakfast was included the premises does not serve breakfast at all, you should have made it clear, this Bed & Breakfast premises, does not serve Breakfast, we were travelling on that morning. Please don't ask any more questions. Apologies will be accepted
Amazing stay- Jim (owner) had great communication with us and was friendly and charity when we saw him face to face.
Hotel was easy to access and in a good location (easy to get a bus to the city centre and not too expensive in a taxi- top tip Uber isn’t very reliable in Belfast, try a local firm)
Breakfast, tea, coffee, juice was help yourself in the communal kitchen - which we thought was a brilliant idea.
We had a double, en suite room. Perfect size for us.
Would 100% recommend !!
The staff were fantastic. They were always on hand and happy to help. We felt very looked after. The room itself was quiet, comfortable and had everything we needed. We'd seen some negative reviews beforehand about the hotel being shabby, but I'm not sure what they saw that we didn't! The location is also ideal for the university quarter and the city centre is within walking distance. It's a nice balance between being close to everything while still being quiet enough to sleep at night.
Everything from the welcome from the young lady who happily accepted our luggage since we couldn’t check in early . She had good idea in what we could do on a rainy day .
Nathan checked us in and couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful .
We
Loved the room design and the art in the whole hotel . It’s obviously been very well planned and thought out . Beautiful .
This is also and extremely quiet hotel even though it’s located right in the city centre in quite a touristy area .
It's a very serene place. On the first night I had the place to myself( atleast was made to know there were no other guests on that day).
It's clean and neat but best of all it's very quiet. Its right next to a bus stop and you can find your way to the city centre. Its also about 15 minutes away when one is walking which is great.
Walking distance to Tesco, KFC etc.
The bed is comfortable too, which it was alittle thicker mattress but slept very well all the same.
Was great overall.
Staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Hotel itself was lovely.
The restaurant was really good.
Room was as expected.
The bed was very comfortable.
Bathroom was nice and especially liked the toiletries.
The complimentary crisps and water were a nice touch.
We had no problem finding a parking onsite.
The bus going into Belfast city centre is just a short walk away from the hotel.
Seemed to be the closest good hotel to the city centre. The staff were exceptional - professional but friendly, nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them. The Residents evening menu was limited but was certainly to our liking, so much so that we dined there every night of our stay.
The hotel was perfectly situated in the city centre for our shopping trip. The car park was only a short walk away from hotel. The staff were very pleasant and friendly. The man in the lift with the Northern Ireland accent always made us smile. "doors open so they are" ha ha.
The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean, and the rooms were comfortable located in Belfast city centre within walking distance to Titanic Park and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area.
This hotel is the best value for your money. The rooms are smal but you dont need more. Staff was very kind. Location is far from the city centre but is good. The hotel has the most beautiful comoon spaces.
The hotel is a 15 - to 20-minute walk from the city centre. It has a good car park. The food was good in the evening restaurant. Daymer was a lovely, friendly waitress. She is an asset to the hotel.
Friendly comfortable hotel, what would expect from a 4*. 10-15m walk to city centre and cathedral quarter. Very kind to help me re- arrange booking when our flight was cancelled
Staff, helpful and friendly. Breakfast, good choice and again staff were helpful, speedy and friendly. Fridge in the room. Near to city centre (20 mins walk).
