Great location for park and ride into York. On arrival first impression was that it looked clean and fresh. Greeted with a warm welcome. Rooms were well nicely laid out and well equipped for the budget and very clean. Excellent breakfast.

Self Catering Breakfast wasn't included in the price Tea & coffee provided but no milk, we don't drink milk so it wasn't a issue for use. We didn't ask as it wasn't needed. Outside garden is well kept with view of the horses in the field.
