White Cottage is in a great location and the friendly hosts made our stay really memorable and went above and beyond to provide great custer service. Breakfast was delicious, rooms were well appointed, comfortable and clean. Wed definitely recommend White Cottage and stay again if we were in the area.

We were just here for one night prior to flying out of Inverness. The hotel is only a few miles from Inverness airport. The front desk staff kindly made us a reservation for dinner at the Snow Goose restaurant next door (not affiliated with this hotel). The room was small but adequate for just one night. Plenty of plugs/charging ports. Buffet breakfast was good, better than expected and way better than the Holiday Inn Express at Glasgow airport.
In the heart of historic Inverness, just 2 minutes’ walk from the castle and the riverside, the Redcliffe Hotel offers free parking on site.

Instead of a hotel room, we got a spacious suite (one bedroom apartment) with full kitchen. Staff was very friendly. Dinner was good and the breakfast was the best during our trip (we stayed in 4 hotels). In addition to buffet, the hotel actually cooked us breakfast and we could choose a couple of different things to order. The hotel is 5 mins away from the "city center". It is a quite area and there is a huge monkey puzzle tree by the hotel. Two large water bottles were put in the huge fridge. Full kitchen. Heaters were fast heating and we actually turned them off for the night.
The centrally located Heathmount Hotel is 10 minutes’ walk from Inverness Castle, and offers Scottish whiskey, Illy coffee and freshly mixed cocktails in its 2 contrasting bars.

Location was great. Very walkable for us. Loved the room and enjoyed the bar downstairs. Only suggestion is to have a better mattress.

Fantastic base to see the north Highlands and minutes from Inverness. Would definitely recommend it. Beautiful views. A pub and restaurant a bit expensive but very welcoming. A coffee shop, convenience store and little arts and crafts store there.

Lovely view of Beauly Firth. Very quiet.
Lovely view of Beauly Firth. Very quiet. Ideal for our holiday as a base to set off daily touring the highlands. There is only one place to eat and drink which is a hotel up the road which serves good food besides the white cottages cafe so you needed to go Inverness for variety.
