Stayed in one of the lodges and the lodge had all the comforts of home. It was warm, comfortable and gave us work space as well as relaxation space.

Staff were really friendly and helpful and the room was very large (think we had a disabiliy-friendly room so everything was very spacious)
On average, 3-star hotels in Crawley cost £72 per night, and 4-star hotels in Crawley are £104 per night. If you're looking for something really special, a 5-star hotel in Crawley can be found for £167 per night, on average (based on Booking.com prices).
The Sussex market town of Crawley is just south of Gatwick Airport, London’s 2nd busiest passenger terminal after Heathrow.
Its train station has direct connections to Gatwick, as well as to Victoria Station in London to the north, and Brighton to the south. Set roughly midway between the 2 cities, the town has long been an important stopping place. One of its 17th-century coaching inns, the George Hotel, still exists under the name of the Ramada Crawley Gatwick and is available on Booking.com.
However, the town’s history dates back much further than that. Records show it as being a market town as early as the 13th century, and its central Goffs Park has a museum containing some Stone Age remains found here.
Tilgate Park to the south has a lake, nature reserve and one of Crawley’s 3 golf courses. The town’s other leisure activities include bowling, a movie theater and a collection of restaurants and pubs. The shopping street is a mix of historic buildings and modern shops, and more stores are found at Crawley County Mall.
Practically all of the Crawley hotels, guesthouses and country houses provide parking and a few also have features such as swimming pools and gyms.

Nice enough satellite town for London.
Nice enough satellite town for London. Did not stay long enough to get a thorough insight into the place. Seems busy but not hectic. Couple of nice galleria/mall type places and a really good chippy just off the town centre.

Historic town with character, real ale houses and many local shops, good rail and bus transport links and detailed town maps, great little daily market next to large shopping centre at train and bus stations recommend Dixies chicken it was delish and a rival for KFC. The snooty Fox at three bridges station has great ales and friendly bar staff.

Everything was just perfect a classic authentic looking pub style hotel with very cozy fire place in the dining room and very comfy and cozy rooms. A pity there is no meal service as this place screams for a Sunday roast and the classics on a menu as a steak with 3 choice sauces, a pizza, a burger, a crab cake with greens, a classic fish and chips with mushy peas and tartar and two salads.
That would make it the place to be with everything it needs (this is my personal opinion also taking in mind I am a private chef)

The rooms were clean as were the public areas. Staff were friendly and polite. However, whilst the food was good it was of a low standard and offered at an outrageous cost....b/fast was a plentiful buffet but £16 was steep.

Trivelles Gatwick Hotel was disgusting The 200 meter driveway was flooded which disguised the massive pot holes all the way down the drive the underside of my car scraped at least twice. The pictures of the palce must have been taken when first renovated which must have been somme time ago as it is very tired now. the bed linen was stained, it looked like someone has blown their nose on it, and I saw at least 3 cockroaches on the desk.
Very large and spacious home, comfortable beds, squeaky bathrooms, clean & tidy house overall. We were really pleased that we had the barbecue and necessary utensils, including coals and lighters. The ping pong table was the main attraction of the house. The kids enjoyed running around in the large garden. Close to the Three Bridges Train Station and town centre. Was perfect for us. We will definitely use it again if we'll need accommodation in Crawley.
Hotel room was clean and tidy, staff were excellent with friendly welcome and and were able to sort our rooms out early as we had arrived earlier than we'd initially planned. We didn't have breakfast but did eat lunch at the bar, food was delicious and priced reasonably for a hotel. Beds were very comfortable, slept soundly, reasonably quiet and housekeeping staff were great in ensuring rooms kept clean and towels etc changed.
This is my second visit. I was here earlier in the year when I asked the staff if I could leave my golf clubs in storage whilst I went to the USA. No problem. So a big thanks to the staff on reception for granting my request. This time, the hotel was full of people for a conference, and it became quite noisy with people rushing around. Still, I like this place. The breakfast was filling. My room is so comfortable.
The hotel is hidden away from the rest of Crawley and is at the back of Gatwick airport. However, the room is so well insulated you don’t hear much of the planes.
The host was so welcoming and helpful and instantly made me feel right at home.
I had vegan requirements for breakfast and these were more than met.
Thank you so much for a lovely stay. Would highly recommend
Very nice, clean and comfortable studio with everything you need and even more. Very good Wifi. Easy to reach by public bus from Gatwick, quiet area. Bus stop at 5-7 minutes walking distance, town centre at 15 minutes walking distance or by bus (1 stop). Super nice owner, very quick in replying to messages. Would stay again.
I booked the hotel for a rest bite after travelling for 22 hours coming back to the UK. The hotel was an ideal option for a overnight rest as it with situated at a quite location staff were really friendly and were really occomadating welhen I was runn8ng 9ver the checkout time.
Receptionist was very helpful and friendly! We stayed for just 1 night as it was close to the airport and the cheapest hotel we could find and for the price it is very good for a quick stay. It had tea, coffee and water available in the room and the bed was comfy and clean!
Nothing to commend this awful hotel, the service is aggressive the rooms unclean and the less said about the plumbing the better. Dont think about staying here unless you want to be checked to prove who you are .. even if booked through booking.com . Bad bad bad place
Meals were great, drink selection great, football available in the bar, breakfast was good if not a little expensive but excellent choice, nice hotel, parking whilst away on holiday was helpful, taxi service great, great stay and would certainly stay again.
I loved the quaintness of the hotel. Very quiet, very clean. This is an old farmhouse so it has that old-fashioned charm. We stayed 1 night. Complimentary taxi phone in lobby and breakfast. Close to LGW airport
I have stayed at the George Hotel numerous times. The location is fine as my friends and family live in Crawley and it is very central. Normally I have no issues, even with the corona restrictions imposed.
Room was lovely, bed was comfy, staff at reception were really helpful in helping me check in and out. We used to the hotel to stay in as we were partying in London and it was a lovely stay
