Location was absolutely ideal for us. Room (first floor to the left of entrance) was spacious and with view of trees and driveway. Hot tub was lovely (although the jets aren't at all strong enough).

First of all the good thing: on arrival my husband tripped on the stairs and fell over, and because his mobility is not brilliant, he was finding it difficult to get up. Staff were EXTREMEMELY caring and helpful, and we were very, very grateful.

We could not gain acces into the main building from room as door was locked. We sat on the stairs waiting and in the end we had to leave by the fire escape to wait on the car park for staff to arrive .Bo breakfast was set up as cook had slept in and forgotten we were there .He arrived downstairs after just getting out of his bed looking very unkempt.Breakfast was finally served with no condiments after repeatedly asking for them. Baked beans poured over everything not fit to eat and cost us £19 for the privilege which had to be paid up front ,Cooler fan outside window working all night .Sinks would not drain due to beard shavings clogging them up .Fire escape left open all night due to drunken guests leaving it open making the rooms very vulnerable .These concerns were mentioned at the time and we were just fobbed off .
