This was our first time in Dawlish the property we stayed in was 100% but we didn't realise just how much walking was involved, all on the level but my husband cannot walk very far so unless you have access to a mobility scooter would not advise

There are several restaurants in the area and walking in Dawlish was a joy. The black swans and all the numerous other birds were lovely to see. The train station is accessible and allows easy transport up and down the coast. We will be back soon.

Most facilities you'd expect of a small town, with plenty of streets to explore. The beach and town are close together and there are several safe places to cross into the park area which is well tended and attracts children especially because of the wildfowl. We found a several pubs without trying too hard- they are used to tourists, though by no means plasticy artificial places: we met the locals and enjoyed the experience, The Marine Tavern, next to our B+B was mostly uncrowded and very welcoming.
Superb train services to get to other towns and villages, and the coast is well served by buses.

I loved everything except our property the actual park was brilliant and you could never be bored there everything you could wish for just be mindful the properties are not all you think they are until you get inside we must have been one of the unlucky ones entirely of pubs and restaurants and cafes to eat the food is beautiful
Location is excellent. Almost unbeatable.
Room with a view, as expected from a previous visit a year earlier.
Staff fine.
Decor is very dated, I would say to the 1970's or 80's, but we knew what to expect from last year, and the hotel is great value for money. I don't think you will find a Dawlish hotel - or anything else in the nearby vicinity - with cheaper rates.
Good views of the sea, especially if you have a room on the upper floors.
Breakfast not included. Cafe`s down under the flat are great, and most do all day breakfast. The location couldn`t be better. Very close to the train station. The beach and the brook with the black swans is always a favourite spot for our grand-daughter. Plenty to do in the area but also close to the Warren and Teignmouth if you want to take a bus out for the day. Great walk along the sea wall from Dawlish To the Warren with great views.
Our hosts were absolutely lovely, really friendly and kind. They went above and beyond, even sending to us an item we'd left behind in a shop in Dawlish! The location was great and there was a scenic walk down to the beach. Relaxing sound of fountain in their garden outside our window. We'll definitely be staying there again if we come back to the area.
The Blenheim is a beautiful hotel, the rooms are spacious , spotless & everything you would possibly need , fridge, microwave, kettle , tea coffee etc. The staff are excellent especially Wendy who was lovely & nothing too much trouble , a lovely team of staff so friendly , we will definitely be back & certainly recommend , thank you for a wonderful stay .
Didn’t like anything it was rubbish nothing like we expected I’ve got health problems and need the toilet through out the night no fridge no kettle no tv no where to have a wash terrible tbh we stayed in the pod for 20min I handed the key back we didn’t stay in it we couldn’t I ended up booking a hotel for our stay was not impressed at all crap
The breakfast was very good with fruit, yogurt, cereals, nuts & seeds and a very good cooked selection as well.
Our room had a wonderful view looking over Dawlish to the sea. The room also had extra little treats like cookies.
Our hosts were very welcoming and gave us lots of information about the area.
Beautiful little hotel (B&B) right on the front at Dawlish. Sea view room was a massive WOW, the views incredible, bonus was you got to watch the trains running by as well.. Breakfast was an immense feast and the staff were extremely pleasant and very helpful.. Put it in on your visit list..
Brilliant. My husband suffers with Alzheimer’s and it was nice for me to have food cooked for me. Bearing in mind I have intolerance to onion & garlic the Chefs couldn’t have been more accommodating.
It made a nice change for me. I would certainly recommend the Hotel to friends.
Excellent location and perfect for a trip to Dawlish
Central location and convenient for the station if coming by train
Updated room with modern fixtures. Very clean and tidy, no complaints
Very good Breakfast offering plenty of choice. All cooked fresh to order
Our room was spacious and comfortable and easily accommodated our family of 3 plus dog. The hotel staff were friendly and generous with their time. Lovely surroundings and had we stayed longer I would have taken advantage of the tennis court and pool.
The apartment is lovely, super clean, and we had everything we needed. The grounds are quiet, very pleasant, and well kept. We thoroughly enjoyed our walk into Dawlish along the coast road and the local amenities in Dawlish Warren are great too. 10/10 🙂
Location was a great base - very handy bus route to go further afield but also within walking distance of Dawlish and Dawlish Warren.
Secluded and peaceful. Nice little bungalow for a stay away.
Great location and a quirky little property. Lovely decor and an excellent use of a small space. Hosts were friendly & communication excellent. Great for a short visit to Dawlish.
great location in dawlish warren only 15 minute walk to the beach, park was well sign posted and the toilet and shower blocks where clean and in good working order
