    Very clean. Really nice finish on decor. Good parking at the front. All on one level except for one tiny step. Walkable to town centre but also good bus links. Several good convenience stores nearby. Responsive host.

    The property was spacious and comfortable with plenty of wardrobe space. Having two toilets was an unexpected bonus. The bed and pillows were very comfy. The shower was excellent. Parking outside worked well. There was a bus stop not too far away...

    It was very clean and well presented, had everything we needed to stay for a few nights, the beds were comfy and the whole apartment was spacious, to top it off, it had its own parking space which was a huge bonus. Well worth the money.

An 1800s home which has recently undergone further high-spec refurbishment, comprising of three two bedroom apartments. Apartment 18A: consists of two double bedrooms, one full bathroom and a further WC, as well as a fully equipped kitchen diner and sofa bed. Apartment 18B: consists of two well proportioned double en suite bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen diner and a further lounge with full bathroom and sofa beds allowing up to 6 guests to stay comfortably. Apartment 18C: consists of two smaller double bedrooms, a full bathroom and further WC, and a fully equipped open plan kitchen/ diner with access to an outdoor area. Please check your messages for check in instructions once you have booked, and confirmation of which flat you are in. The property is within walking distance to Chesterfield town centre and train station with an allocated parking space for one car for each flat. This is perfect for anyone commuting or working in the area as well as visiting the Peak District. We provide all bed linen, towels and everything else you may need during your stay. We hope that you enjoy your stay with us and are always able to answer any questions which arise.
