The food was really nice in the resturant good value for money. The spa was 10 min walk away and in a seperate building altogether it did not state this in the discription of the hotel. they could not email me a list of spa treatments prior my arrival the said they will give me a pricelist on arrival. Then I could not get any availiabilty. |

Lovely clean rooms and we were lucky to have a view over the city! The buffet breakfast was excellent and would recommend! It was quite a distance to town and needed to get taxis. The leisure facilities were not attached to the hotel and required a 10min walk. |

Parking facilities, spa facilities, very good food and varied menus, friendliness of household, restaurant and bar staff. The absence of a small shop for the purpose of purchasing essentials that were not available through Reception. Also, I felt it was an unnecessary waste to issue new bars of soap daily. |

Rooms spacious and very clean, staff friendly, food was very tasty, good selection of wines in the restaurant, events well supervised and managed. A simple request like may we have some more towels please because the bathroom flooded as the jacuzzi bath we have in our room drenched the place when it malfunctioned and we had to put the existing towels on the floor to stop the spread of water and we are soaked now and have nothing to dry ourselves with, and no towels were sent up but the following morning we got an apology for them not sending... |

I found the staff to be very helpful and well mannered, the resturant was excellent,I would usually have Japanese people staying at the hotel they were very inmpressed also the resturant was very flexable as we did not finish our businness until 10 pm each night we were able to order our dinner early in the day and have it from 10 pm onwards which was excellent for me as I did not need to take... |
