Excellent location for going to Blarney Castle. It was very clean and Evelyn was so welcoming. Just the kind of place we were looking for to rest for the night. Would definitely go back!

Very tasty little ham pastries, and a nice assortment of fruits, which were easy to take on the go with us!
Location was nice - quite neighborhood only a 15-20 minute walk into town for dinner. Room was nice and spacious - appreciated the ample closet space even though we only stayed for one night. It allowed us to re-organize our bags for the last few days of our trip!

Kind to leave some things for breakfast that was unexpected, yogurt, cereal, milk, juice, toast & bananas.
Facing Cork City Hall, the Clayton Hotel Cork overlooks the River Lee. It offers beautifully designed air-conditioned rooms, a health and spa center with pool, and a fine restaurant.

The property was beautiful and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was pretty close to the hub of activity while still being quiet. The parking was pretty easy if you follow the directions of going slow once you’re in the city.
Blarney is a wonderful little town. We enjoyed eating at Muskerry Arms Bar and Christy's Bar while we were there. Everything was walkable and felt very safe. We also bought a few items from Blarney Woolen Mills. This store offered the most Irish wool clothing of anywhere we saw throughout our tour of the country.
We also visited Blarney Castle and grounds. The gardens around Blarney Castle are incredible. There is so much more to see here than we expected. Our trip was in March, so we needed to wear a light winter jacket, but that also meant there were no lines for kissing the stone and touring the castle.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly. However, facilities were poor with no on-site restaurant after 4pm, reception area small, food only available in the pub next door. Fine for a business trip but not for a holiday, very basic.

It is a fab hotel but there is something going on with the lift. Every time we got into the lift there was a really bad smell. It smelt like sewage . When we were leaving that morning it was really bad. Other than that l had no complaints . Very happy.

The hotel was lovely.
The hotel was lovely. I was there during a very warm spell so opened the window for air. Unfortunately since my room also overlooked the parking lot, there was noise and light pollution. This would not have been a problem though, but for the open windows.

Lots to see here in addition to the castle.
Lots to see here in addition to the castle. There was no wait line to see the stone and I still spent about two hours looking around the castle and grounds. Note there is a considerable climb up a tight, circular, old stone staircase to get to the stone! But you can see most of the castle without climbing.

The Blarney Castle is very pricey but the park is amazing.

I wouldn't recommend going up the tower just to kiss the stone unless there is no queue.
It's a good place to move to other small towns in the surroundings.
This hotel was our favorite during our trip to Ireland. The lobby was grand and the rooms were of adequate size and very clean. The hotel staff were friendly and were very helpful. The hotel sits on the grounds of the Blarney castle and everything was in walking distance. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. We can’t wait to return to Ireland and we would absolutely come back to the Blarney Woolen Mills.
First and foremost, spotlessly clean. The rooms are huge, the beds very comfortable, the bedding great, and this place is QUIET! It has a rockin' bar that was packed every night but we didn't hear a thing. The food was good, really good. It cost less than any other hotel we stayed in but beat them all on every measure. This was far and away the best value of the entire trip.
Very convenient location for Blarney Castle & Gardens. All you have to do is walk through the town square and you're there! Having the bar right downstairs was very helpful when we were ready for meals and the food is good. Comfortable, clean, easy to find. Free parking on site (just up a little alley type thing around the corner from the B&B, rather than out front).
We totally enjoyed every minute of our stay at this hotel. Large beautifully furnished room with nice touches, water, tea coffee and Oreo biscuits 😃. Super comfortable bed. The breakfast was amazing. Best and fluffiest pancakes I have ever had. Lovely friendly lady at reception. Great location in centre of blarney village. Lovely pub. We will be back
The location was excellent. 5 minute drive from the Castle and Blarney Village.
Breakfast was perfect and filled us for the whole day!
Siobhan was the perfect hostess, extremely helpful with regards to places to eat in the evening and genuinely interested in us and our trip.
Will be back there again on our next trip to the area.
Book early. So the suite of 2 bedrooms came available unexpectadly, so we were lucky. Hotels in cork were 400 for 1 night for one bedroom and we got 2 with à kitchionette. The beds are comfy, it has its own door, parking and the host vicky leàves you alone. Its close to a garage wìth hot food which opens at 6am in blarnèy
The location was fantastic for its proximity to Blarney Castle and places to eat. We simply parked at the hotel and walked everywhere.
We were grateful for a room fan as it was exceptionally warm on the second floor.
There is a fitness room with a large variety of equipment.
The location is fantastic with easy access by car to other locations such as Kinsale. Blarney itself is a very nice village with a small selection of restaurants and a supermarket. The hotel facilities are great with the deli, Christys Pub and the Woollen Mill Shop.
Hotel has a beautiful historic feel. Staff is kind and friendly, food at the restaurant was great and the breakfast was made to order. Blarney is a perfect overnight visit, make sure to check out Blarney Woolen mills and of course the Castle! Loved our stay here.
Great location, short walk to Blarney Castle so that you can be the first ones of the day to kiss the stone. The breakfast was cooked to order off of the the menu from the pub downstairs. Fun place in the evening, to sip a whisky before heading upstairs to bed.
The home was clean and quiet, and perfect for what we needed. The property was located in a beautiful neighborhood very close to town and the blarney castle and gardens. I wish we planned to stay longer so we could explore this town a little more.
Very clean and comfortable. I was traveling alone and felt safe. Convenient to town and perfect for being the first to arrive at Blarney Castle and skip the lines. A full hot breakfast is not offered but you can bring your own food and store.
This is a must see place if you are going to the Blarney Castle. This beautiful home was situated on the most beautiful grounds possible. Our room was over the top beautiful and the hostess went over the top to make sure we were comfortable.
Such a lovely stay in Blarney right next to Blarney castle and short travel from Cork city. Great hosts. Lovely house, easy to find. Plenty of groceries in the kitchen to compose a tasty breakfast from. Definitely recommend.
Great directions to the property and how to get in. Very comfy beds, and nice decoration. Parking right in drive of property. Very close to Blarney town centre and great recommendation for dinner at the Castle hotel.
Host was very nice and relaxed. Place was very clean, comfy bed.
Complementary water in the fridge was lovely. Blarney village itself is walking distace (for dinner and/or visit to the castle)
Muskerry Arms wow, exceeded my expectations, fabulous room, the friendliest hosts. Great location opposite Blarney Castle which is amazing. Great entertainment too amazing weekend.
Exceptional breakfast, room amazing, great hospitality and well positioned to visit Blarney Castle, Cobh and Cork and Kinsale Head and Kinsale plus Clonakilty. On driving trip.
