The hotel is very convenient to the train station, making it the perfect choice for day tripping around Tuscany. It is in walking distance to many of the attractions in Florence. The room was not too small (great for one person), bed was small but very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, location to everything and laundry was perfect and the main desk was very good.

I find it hard to beat the value that Hotel Spadai offers. Incredible location, yet still tucked away in a spot where it never felt noisy. Very updated hotel that felt very clean and modern. Tremendous service and we really enjoyed the breakfast and bar.

The front staff was so helpful during our stay. They answered our many questions, made an excellent dinner recommendation, loaned us an adapter after we left ours on the train and even called a taxi for us the morning we left. Our room had four twin beds which worked well for our family of 4 adults. It was an easy 15 minute walk to the tours we booked at the Uffizi, Accademia, and Duomo. It was close to the river and even to a ferris wheel we rode on our last night before heading home. The area felt safe. The room photos on booking.com are accurate.
